Great little spot. Loved the food and service. Would definitely recommend! Enjoyed our starters so much, we forgot to take pics of our mains before we ate it all!
Headed here for Sunday Buffet which was priced at £ 17.95 per person. You can choose 2 items at a time from the starters and can repeat or ask for many items only once you finish the first one. Later can order from the mains aswell. They serve small portions so one can taste many options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing and quick service. Only thing is make sure you book your slots in advance or else you might end up waiting or Denial
The lunch set is a good deal with appetiser and main dish foe £8.95. The bibimbap is a highly recommended. Leave it for 3 mins and you can have crispy rice at the bottom of the stone bowl. Staff are nice but busy on Sunday.

we just walked in and asked the hostess if there was any availability, she was really nice and said she will check as they were busy, she was able to accommodate us, the food was super tasty, hot and freshly made, we had superb meals.
Kimji Korean Restaurant provides a variety of choices of fusion Korean cuisine. They provide a good environment to chill out and relax there. Portions of food are just right.
That will be great if they can provide stainless steel spoons which are commonly used in Korea.
Overall, I found the experience to be average and satisfactory. The bibimbap tasted fine and met my expectations, but it didn't particularly stand out or offer any unique flavors. It was a decent choice if you're looking for a straightforward and familiar Korean dish.
If you're in town, try this Korean restaurant, I think it's as authentic cuisine as it gets in the UK:)
An absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was superb and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Regardless whether you are a world traveller or have never had Korean food before this place is a must. It is quite a small place so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Though there is a great cocktail bar over the road if you have to wait an hour for a table!
What a delightful discovery. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere. The menu is varied. The food is delightful in flavour, colour and presentation. The service is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. We found a right little gem here and will return again and again.
Excellent value set lunch menu, and I hope to return for the Sunday buffet special.
The first time eating Korean food for the 3 of us, and we were very pleased with all the tasty, well-presented dishes.
Staff very friendly, and patiently explain the menu.
Portions of some dishes may be a touch small, and seating seems to be upstairs only.
Recommended. 5⭐
A fantastic place to get a first try of Korean cuisine. The staff made us feel very welcome and the seating was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is located on a quiet street just off Fishergate so it’s easy to get to and away from the noise of the main street. The food was amazing and I look forward to paying another visit the next time I’m in Preston!
Very impressed with their service! We had a happy lunch here even that was a full house busy afternoon.
Oh my actual gosh, words cannot describe how great this place is...but I will try.
From the moment we entered and was shown to our table to the moment we left, our experience was nothing but exceptional. The staff were genuinely friendly (the kids you can't teach), the food was beyond delicious and the price was more than reasonable for the level of service you receive. Of all the dishes we tried, if I were to go back again, I couldn't tell you which one I would pick. They were all packed full of flavour and unique in their own way, I couldn't single a specific dish out as my favourite. The service received was splendid. Joe, our server, was more than attentive, genuinely nice and pleasant, extremely knowledgeable (we both didn't have a clue), and was everything you expect and more. He really did make the visit a lot more special. Thank you
If I could go above 5 stars, this would definitely deserve it.
A quaint restaurant with a succinct menu providing authentic Korean munchies. The booking was done online and I think it's great for a friendly meet up. It's small and could easily be booked out for a group to enjoy exclusively. The food was delicious, filling and not too salty. Will definitely return.
Absolutely amazing restaurant, as soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very welcoming and you are greeted by a friendly waitress. I recently read a Preston blog stating that KimJi’s fried chicken is rated the best in Preston taking the number one spot so I had to see what the fuss was about, and I finally understood.
The Chicken Bulgogi came out very sizzling and looked amazing and the smell it had was amazing. The aroma of the restaurant was beautiful and I will definitely be returning. I was also recommended to return on a Sunday where they offer an ALL YOU CAN EAT?!? I can’t wait to devour the Fried Chicken from their buffet menu 🤤
My partner and I went for Valentine's Day and it was superb. They had a set menu and we loved it. Don't think we left any food at all! Lovely staff too.
I heard about this adorable little Korean Restaurant from a University Student that raved about the meals here so we decided to go for a nice little date here.
We both had a Starter and Mains and a few bottles of Beer and Cider. The waiter service wasn't terrible but wasn't amazing we had a table on arrival. We had few minutes to choose what to drink and when it came to ordering our food or paying the Bill, it took too long to be served.
I ate the Beef BBQ the first time which was delicious and, then the Chicken which was ever better on our second visit.
Over all I'll give the table service a 3 out of 5
and the food an amazing 5 out of 5.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING.
