Great little pub run by very friendly staff. The food was lovely, reasonably priced and more than we could eat. We didn't have to wait long for it. The garden is really cosy. They also have a good selection of drinks available. Will definitely be returning.
We are visitors to the area and have now visited twice (maybe more to come!). Lovely food and have to give credit to the waitresses and staff. Very friendly environment and the pricing favourable. Don't usually bother with leaving reviews but felt the need to compliment such a nice pub. Parking is p
Booked for a group of 11 of us visiting from Suffolk and Dean couldn't have been more helpful with booking and ordering. Excellent food, empty plates all round and great service. Thank you!
Under new management. Lovely garden and good car park. Good food but could do with cheaper light bite menus choices. More veggie options are always welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful.
We drink here, it's our not so local local! We eat here often and have never had a bad meal! Great live music often, pub quizes are fun and we highly recommend this pub
Kelly and Deano are amazing hosts and provide such a good atmosphere, very welcoming and know how to have a good time. The food was so so good, ample portions and great quality! Exactly how a pub should be!!

A fantastic landlord and landlady couldn't ask for a better village pub. These have turned around this local pub.
With friendly stuff and great atmosphere wonderful food by chef Wayne and always plenty of events Deen and Kelly have cultivated a fantastic pub that I would recommend to anyone whether your going in for a sunday roast or just a drink with friends the half moon and seven stars will never disappoint.
So friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely lunch in the beer garden. Highly recommended.
Really nice pub, looks so good from car park walking in, it’s clean, had a good selection of beer, we didn’t have any food but many others were and it looked really tasty and well priced. Pool table & darts, so boys were entertained. Friendly country pub, will be returning again very soon
Absolutely love this pub! Best food you could ask for, the atmosphere was very welcoming. We’re not local but we will definitely be coming back here!
Lovely pub, lovely food lovely owners. They let us stay in the car park in our camper van because we had an early ferry the next morning. They made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
After a morning at wingham wildlife we came across this charming country pub and absolutely fell in love with the place childhood memories of what pubs used to be like came flooding back. We had food which was lovely and played a few games of pool with our youngest son which was lots of fun. All sta

Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely friendly atmosphere. Would have liked to be forewarned about the £30 set meal price when we booked. Or maybe the menu on the day could offer a price for 2 courses and a price for 3 courses. Will definitely use again.
This is an amazing place to come, great atmosphere, good people and amazing food. Not to mention a good game of pool. I recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. Very very 😊 happy
