The Anchor - Preston - Photo album

Our second visit to this relatively new eatery and we, once again, enjoyed everything we had. Excellent food, good service and a pleasant environment. We visited with our ten year old grandson, it's one of his favourite places to eat and he's a fussy eater. We'll definitely be returning.
Nice place to visit for the first time and I did enjoy my experience, the staff were helpful and friendly and the place was very busy. They do lots of nice touches like signs on the table of it's a special occasion and they have a movie theatre for the kids to watch if they get bored of sitting at t
Great place, first time visit. Busier than expected but staff were friendly and helpful and service was pretty quick even though they were busy. Drinks were quick to arrive and we're good, especially the cocktails. Food was tasty and there was plenty of it. We had the sharing platter, although it wa
Great atmosphere, staff super friendly and enthusiastic. Told them we were dining to celebrate for me going to University, and they gave me a doghnut with a congratulations written out without being asked, was very surprising and made us all happy! Food was brilliant, im not really a big meat-eater
All round a good experience. Booked a table at 20:00 but had to wait 10 minutes for the pre-booked table. Food was nice and tender with alot of flavour. It isn't my first visit and unfortunately prices have increased. Staff was friendly and attentive. Brisket seemed alittle dry but apart from that n
Excellent authentic American food. This was my first time at Hickory's Hutton, and i wasnt disappointed. I had Cajun spiced Onion Rings for starter, which were amazing! Big portion for a starter. My Fiance had Frinkles, and said they were amazing. For mains, we both had the Bird and the Beast burger
The service and atmosphere was very good but we were left a little disappointed with the food. It was all a bit "samey." The starters were tasty and different. The main wasn't that inspiring. We spent over £160 for the four of us, which when you consider that we only had a couple of drinks each, and
What can I say....nothing bad at all, just too good to believe. The service is very good, staff are so cheerful and cannot do enough for you and to top all that the food is just brilliant. I had a triple Hickory's traditional burger, skinny fries and onion rings, I needed rolling out to the car park
Been here twice and both times the food is absolutely amazing. Atmosphere is spot on..staff are super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. And that beef rib is super delicious
This place doesn't need a good review it needs a GREAT review from arriving to leaving. It was made to feel so welcome service and food is impeccable our waiter Ash was amazing nothing was too much trouble I can't wait to visit again! The cocktails are also delicious 😋
