Lovely place and friendly staff. Had the misfortune to call at the Blackburn store first and was totally ignored so we left. Glad we did food was hot and served by lovely people. Our grandson was given a colouring page and crayons. This wasn't offered at Blackburn. Will be back x

Pizza Hut Deepdale. As it is close to work, we regularly eat there, freshly prepared food is a must. Tasty!!
We visit Pizza Hut every couple of months. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whilst remaining professional, which is great. Staff have always been flexible about our needs as parents of an autistic child. And we find the food of a high standard and plentiful. Its good value especially when you have a discount code.
The speed of serving was spot on, the salad bar was clean and full, the food was good, the cold glasses made the drinks more pleasant and staff. The server StephenD was helpful, polite and accommodated everyone in the restaurant efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Pretty much everything was great. The speed of service, shown to our table straight away. Advised of the best options. Everyone very polite even though we were slow at ordering. I thought a family near us were quite rude to the staff but the staff were very professional. Ellie was our host and was brilliant throughout.
Great service, food excellent and kids loved the ice cream factory.
Only let down was as we were finishing our meal, a large group of young kids and their mums arrived (8pm) and they let the kids aged 2 to 10 run riot ... Utterly disgusting behaviour. Like savages at the salad bar. Felt sorry for staff who are left to clear up after them.
Mind you, once they arrived, every other guest quickly left 🤣
A warm, friendly welcome. Good choice at the salad bar. Food good. The fries are awesome! Good selection of soft drinks and unlimited for £3.79. This I thought was a tad expensive, as I only managed to drink 2 glasses! (But cheaper than another restaurant that we viewed nearby!)
Ability to find a seating area that was comfy and worked well for us ie not cramped in on a small table.
Server polite and respectful of distance and staying away whilst we were eating.
Restaurant clean and tidy in all areas.

Excellent customer service from all staff who were extremely helpful and kind! Got the Big Sharer for £29.99 and chose the Meat feast pizza on a deep pan as the main and it was really delicious. The side of chicken bites were nice but nothing special. The jalapeno poppers were something different and tasty although by the name I would have expected actual jalapenos and not red peppers inside but still satisfied.😄 Got unlimited ice cream as one dessert which I loved as it tasted really fresh and natural. Took the other dessert -chocolate brownie home as we were too full there 👌Enjoyed the unlimited salad bar with plenty of choices and different complementary sauces available! The only downside I have about this restaurant is the seating areas for two (picture of seats added from Google Images but from this specific restaurant). You sit from shoulder to shoulder about 20cm to the side of the other person with a wooden divider that isn't tall enough at all. This is way too close and you don't have the privacy to talk with the person you came with and neither do the people sat at the side. I noticed that we were not the only ones that had an issue with that as others seemed to have felt in an awkward position too when they couldn't enjoy their evening due to this. Luckily we managed to see an empty one right at the end which didn't have other seats on the opposite of the divider so that saved our evening. Please think about adding like an extra glass dividers on top in between these as this would really help to improve the experience for your customers 🙏

The food was very good, which is the main thing we're going for. The restaurant was clean and pleasantly decorated. The price was good. And the staff were very nice people.
Very polite and informative staff from the moment you walk in. Only accept care currently. Was quiet when we walked in lucky us. Lovely selection of pizza and pasta was absolutely scrummy. Toilets clean too.
I took my Brownies and Rainbows for a end of treat, the staff are friendly and helpful to.

We could walk straight in and get a table, ordering online does take time but easy to use.

It’s very expensive, would come more often but doesn’t seem to have deals like they used to. The ice cream factory wasn’t working so only got a small scoop of ice cream instead.
But thankfully the mains and sides were delicious.
Came here on Sat about 6.30pm - young staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Pizzas all good - arrived quickly and piping hot and lovely desserts. Good food, reasonably priced with excellent staff and lively atmosphere.
