Hannah who served us was such a delight, she was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable using the app, going through the new items on the menu and bringing out the cake for our friend on such a lovely decorated slate. It makes the dining experience much more enjoyable when the waiter serving you is as helpful as Hannah was. Highly recommend. The food was all served piping hot and we had a memorable birthday celebration. Many thanks to the team at Pizza express

All staff did a super job, but the team member who really stood out for us and deserves recognition was James.
James was busy preparing drinks, however, he acknowledged myself and my young grandson as soon as we walked through the door, welcoming us and pointing out where we could sit. Very attentive throughout our stay.
We ordered the Chimichurri Dough Balls a Romana Spicy Guiseppi Pizza, including soft drinks.

Very quiet so lacked atmosphere. Food was as expected and we were offered pizza boxes to take away our leftovers. Really disappointed that we paid for two dips that we’d barely touched but the waitress just took them away and didn’t offer to put them into takeaway dishes for us. I think this should be something they offer
Went at lunchtime with my daughter for her birthday. Traditional American Hot pizza the best I've had in a long time. Service very good. Prices pretty standard nowadays for this type of fare. Toilets very clean.

The best Pizza Express I've visited. Have been to many different branches and this is the only one where I've never been let down. Good always cooked perfectly and the staff friendly.
My children really love pizza express, but I must say it was clearly noticeable that the size of everything was way less than it used to be, the Dough balls were very small and pizza super thin.
So overall not good value for money 💰😞.

Not been for years and got to say food and drinks where great. Duo Pizza was brilliant as couldn’t decide on what toppings.
You generally know Pizza Express is going to be good when it’s in an old building. This one, in Preston, was no exception.
Located down a side street off the main road, just past Sainsbury, this is a nice, bright branch.
First customer of the day, always good. Lady serving was friendly and quick. Good table. Right by the window, not on a path.
The usual food; the classic doughballs and a Romana funghi di bosco. All well cooked; good amount of butter with the doughballs. You like to see it and here I did.
Toilets are in the Gods. A bit of a trek. Good exercise though…
Would definitely come to this one again. Well done.
Lovely people helped me when I nearly passed out ( thanks Lisa ) and then provided me with scrumptious Pizza and chicken wings( take away ) that stayed lovely and hot for picnic on park !

This time I ordered from the Vegan Menu. The Vegan Margherita was amazing; it was around £10 to have the Romana base and £9 for the normal serving. In addition to the pizza, I ordered a carrot cake and though it was delicious it cost me almost £7 for a slice! I'll be sticking to the pizza.
