Me and my friend visited Haute Dolci tonight and were served by Ola. She's a really friendly and approachable staff member and super attentive. Great service and delicious food and drink. We'll definitely be back!!
Maddie who was serving us was a lovely waitress. She was very calm with the way she was talking and made us feel very welcome.

The desserts were absolutely delicious with an amazing ambience and great service!! My kids aged 8 and 3 loved every bit. The service, the atmosphere, the dessert, everything was on point! The staff member Iqra was absolutely amazing!! We were very impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by her. She is so friendly, works with a smile and just brightened our evening. She was so polite, approachable and so professional. She is by far a standout worker there and really goes an extra mile to ensure we are leaving satisfied. So happy and pleased with her service. Highly recommend this place and I hope to see Iqra on my next visit.

Barsha was amazing , very friendly and indulged us with amazing table setting that made valentines day even more special. As usual the deserts were so delicious. The atmosphere was all in all a 10/10. You’ll never find a high class place open late better than this one. I love coming here.
The staff were very nice and welcoming and really made it a pleasant experience for us. I used to work here when it was under a different name and I have to say the atmosphere seems a lot better now! Also, An Offer He Can't Refuse is my personal fave dessert.
There are almost no places in Preston that can stand up to the standards of the food or desert served here. Stays open late and always gives you the satisfaction you need whether you are craving amazing waffles or crepes during the cold nights of winter. Brunch is served on weekends only and it’s open till 3 p.m but it’s open for deserts till 12 a.m.
amazing experience, hosted my friends birthday party here. the staff were very professional and sweet. the interior is beautiful and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The two gentlemen who brought up her cake and sang happy birthday with us on February 24th/2023

Very elegant dessert restaurant in the heart of Preston that also provides the odd breakfast and lunch options. Good quality food which is present really well. Not a place you would visit every week, more for special occasions or as a treat. Prices are very high. Charged £1.90 for a small bottle of water.... really?? Only negative during my visit on the evening of Mon 8th Aug 2022 is that the service wasn't brilliant for the price I was paying for my family. They didn't have certain ingredients for the dish I ordered, which left me waiting for a replacement dessert whilst the rest of my family had nearly finished eating. They did apologise, but this was a little too late. I was then left to share my wifes dish as a substitute. The tables were very clean and deco was lovely. However, toilets were dirty and floor very wet. Music a little loud for my taste, but the female waitress that served us on the 2nd floor had really good customer service skills. Please note that parking can be an issue during the day, as there are no parking bays outside the restaurant (only disabled parking bays directly outside the building). Overall, my wife and children loved it.
I went to Haute Dolci in Preston this afternoon with my mum and we had a lovely time. The premises and decor were beautiful, friendly staff, good service and yummy mocktails and cheesecake. We’d definitely visit again, highly recommended ❤️

Haute Dolci is not just fine dining at its pinnacle, rather it offers moments of intense pleasure that excite all the senses and bring richness to the quality of people’s lives! Such luxurious and detailed surrounds, sumptuous variety and distinctive quality that meets the art of living, made with upmost care and the highest craftsmanship, providing an extraordinary dessert journey. The desserts were all delicious not just to the eye, but it left the palate feeling fulfilled. My personal favourite is the raspberry and white chocolate American waffle accompanied by the luxury Caribbean coconut gelato. The staff are all lovely, very helpful and friendly and I most definitely will be visiting again and again!
Little elegant place with some issues. Even if they weren't busy, the time to bring your order takes forever. There was no food to be cooked other than 2 chai, some macarons, and a slice of cake. They should have diary free drinks available at all times.

I visited Haute Dolci Preston with my husband and 2 sons for the first time yesterday. What a lovely place and such great atmosphere and decor.
From the minute we walked in till the moment we left, we were very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Luke aka Lukmaan. His welcome, attention and willingness to please made our experience a great one! He was very approachable, friendly and polite. He tailored our experience to our needs and was very professional throughout. He is an absolute asset to Haute Dolci and we would definitely visit again. The food and desserts were absolutely on point and i will attach the pictures below so you can see for yourselves. We can't say what our favourites were as honestly everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Table/utensils/seating area were all clean and bathroom was immaculate which is pleasing and comforting.
The boys (aged 5 and aged 1) really enjoyed their visit. We usually hate taking them to dessert places and were worried there would be some tantrums but Lukes banter, conversation and the wonderful food and desserts definitely kept them included and occupied.

The only downside to our visit was that we forgot to redeem our giveaway prizes 🙈 but all in all a great dessert place. We will definitely be back again soon ⭐
