Lovely food and the steak and frites my mum had was amazing!! The burger tasted lovely and had a hand cooked taste. Very nice treacle sponge and look forward to next meal. The main feedback I have is that the food took an hour to arrive and having to watch tables who arrived after us get their food
Excellent little bistro pub/restaurant just near Preston train station. Popped in while waiting for the train back home after a day out in Lancaster/Preston. Was shown to our table and service was very quick and friendly. Lovely atmosphere music in background but not to loud, there is seating outsid
Had a great experience while hosting our conference dinner. Great food and lovely atmosphere.
Lively bistro in impressive historic building. Be warned, there’s a lot of stairs! Food a bit ordinary but atmosphere makes for a good evening. Pleasant outdoor terrace too.
Beautiful restaurant. One of the places I recommend to my friends when they visit us in Preston. They have Camden Hells on tap and coming from North London that has a special place in my heart. Food is amazing. They do sometimes have a tendancy to over or under-cook the chicken. But, the staff are u
Really nice food. Great atmosphere. Have been 3 times now and the steak is to die for. The service could be better, staff are quite slow and I have known overcharging to happen when reviewing the bill. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but still worth checking that you are getting what you pay for.
Love this place, great setting, relaxed environment, not rushed by staff. Great tasting coffee. Great lunchtime offers. Cannot fault it.
I absolutely adore this restaurant, the food is gorgeous, the staff are so down to earth and the atmosphere is so beautiful.
Amazing venue in a former church. Steak fries and included peppercorn sauce was delicious. Having a properly dressed salad was a lovely change from pub style mustard dressing everywhere else. Was asked if I wanted my steak rare or well done. Hope no one ever asks for bavette well done. Children's op
Couldn't rate the service on Saturday night any higher. The waiting staff are a total asset to the restaurant and the lovely waitress that evening made my weekend. Thank you very much for a fab night. I give 5 stars for the team! I have only taken a star off my overall review because I found the fo
I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. We opted for the 6 course menu as a family of 4. The service was not as good as the previous visit. We felt very rushed and none of us enjoyed the dessert. It just doesn't feel as special as it used to. The toilets here can be really disgusting, so be
Good service, good food and good value for money. Roast dinner was very nice however the beef was very fatty and was disappointed with the roast potatoes, they tasted deep fried. Over all very good will return.
Lovely experience, the conversion from church to restaurant is a lovely sight, you can enjoy the church windows as you dine. Food was out in good time, very tidy and fresh feeling. The food tasted clean and full of flavour with nice portions. Honestly I'd recommend this place for a lovely brunch
Amazing venue. Stunning decor & renovation of the original church. Beautiful interior. Foods great, service fantastic and so accommodating. We held a baby shower here for 25 people. The catering and assistant service (esp Caitlyn was exemplary, above & beyond. Fantastic calm and well prepared serv
Very nice food and service from the staff. I would really recommend it. Heating wasn't working, but working for a church I could tell they where doing all they could to heat it up (it's not easy for big buildings). Highly recommend.
