Good food, good wine, not spectacular, but good.
Been here a few times now, and the fact is, as restaurants go in Preston it can be considered towards the top end.
So nothing spectacular, but a nice, customer focused, and well run restaurant, that offers things a little bit nicer than the everyday, and does all this a lot better than a few restaurants in this town.
Is that not enough to set it above most in Preston?

Great restaurant with a bright modern atmosphere and lots of seating including a very nice bar area.
We tend to go here fairly regularly now and really enjoy the offering. The happy hour menu offers great value with lots of choice. Away from that the main menu offers both classic Italian dishes and some with a modern twist - I recommend the brie and cranberry for starters and the lasagne a main
Tino's also have a function room where it offers Christmas party and hire facilities. I've been to two party here, one and Christmas and I recommend looking at this as well
Great service, delicious food. We were a large party and the staff accommodated us so well.
Amazing staff. Very pleasant and friendly and always on hand if needed. The tortelli a la creme was the best I have ever tasted. It truly blew me away. Tiramisu was as expected. Coffee was slightly over burnt on the beans. But all in all, very nice and would definitely visit again.
Was hesitant at first however it is stunning. Staff are well-mannered and polite, lovely to talk to. Food is top quality and fresh. #1 place to eat in town
We used Tinos for a group event holding our Christmas meal here for 70 people in the function room. The organisation and communication with Lynne throughout was brilliant. The 3 course meal with prebooked choices was superb; served piping hot and all homemade delicious food. Everyone involved was really cheerful and helpful
I would certainly recommend this restaurant.
When I'm working in Preston for the week I always have a meal here, never been disappointed.

In town for a two week business trip and I have now been to Tinos twice and plan to go at least twice more. Fantastic food and amazing host. The restaurant has been emptier than I would like to see because more people should be eating there its so good. I highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Spaghetti Carbonara.
A lovely family run Italian with authentic food and attentive staff who give the extra touch. Been thinking about the food ever since (especially the vegetable soup and white profiteroles). We will be back to visit if we're in Preston again. Great prices and offers. Good size room for function hire too.

Service was really good, decor is really nice. It is brilliant for birthdays and can accommodate large groups and as well as intimate evenings for couples. Has Vegetarian options with the Messicano and vegetable soup as their vegan options.
Lovely food, amazing service. Was a bit quiet but it was an hour before closing on bank holiday Sunday so kinda expected. They had a private function on in the next room but that didnt bother us. Will defo return!
