What an utterly delightful place. On entering staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as being accommodating and reassuring about dietary needs. They clearly look after the cats very well and you can tell by how content the many feline residents are! As for the cats themselves, every single one is beautiful! Some are more aloof than others - they are cats after all - but on my visit, a couple did come up to us and deigned to be stroked, while a few of the younger ones loved being played with! The cake and coffee was delicious and might have been a highlight if not for the staff and the cats. I do find the idea of an entry fee and limited time slots a little jarring with regards to a cafe, but I completely understand the reasoning. You can clearly see that those fees go towards looking after those cats, and if time wasn't limited, I'd probably still be there.

Came here today with a group of friends and had a great time; the people running it are super friendly and clearly care a great deal about the cats. The food (I had the ginger cake and a mug of excellent hot chocolate) was delicious too! The cats are incredibly cute, really well behaved and friendly - hanging out with them was the highlight of my week! Highly reccomend checking this place out if you're an animal lover like me and enjoy cute cats and a cozy atmosphere. Me and my friends will definitely be coming back :)

Had a fab time! The staff were very friendly and clearly loved the cats, plus they knew every detail about them. Coffee was excellent and was their own blend. The cats stole the show of course, and were tremendous fun to play with.

Came for a follow up visit 6 months after opening, there are a few more cats now!! And the owners are still helpful hospitable and do their best to ensure your visit is as fun as possible! Cats have settled in wonderfully and it's great to see them all so relaxed, owners truly have their cats best interests at heart and you can see it with the business. Cakes were delicious and vegan friendly! The blackcurrant crumble was amazing!

Meet Sidney Back at the cat cafe today. They have 2 new arrivals. This is Sidney and there is also a Siamese called Bailey. The atmosphere is very friendly. The chocolate fudge cake is delicious. The drinks are reasonably priced. You can see they love and care for the cats. All the cats are well looked after and each have their own personalities. Overall a great place to unwind and spend a hour.

The daughter took me for an early mothers day treat. Some of the best coffee and cake I have had in a while and lots of beautiful cats. Loads of different cat toys and friendly staff to help with understanding the cats and which games each one likes to play. Spotless and relaxing, I had a great time. Will definitely be going back.

A lovely visit. Superb coffee, excellent “Snowball” white hot chocolate (picture related), and of course adorable cats. On top of this, the staff are lovely and helpful. I will definitely be coming back :)

First of all: Can't believe there's a cat cafe in Preston! Such an interesting variety of cats, some very playful and others chilled and happy to sleep away while we drank our coffee and ate our cake. They all seemed happy and content to be there - as although its perfectly possible for them to leave through a cat-flap where you can't get to them, all 8 cats were out in the cat lounge with us. The cats can be out the way on their perches or down and in the mix with you - and there are lots of toys available for you to get their attention. Of course, the sleeping ones should be left alone (and rightly were). The staff were polite and friendly and happy to tell us about the cats. The cake and coffee was lovely - Will definitely be visiting again!
