On a little break in the area so popped in here for a cuppa and a ploughman's lunch. Everything on the plate was good quality and tea piping hot. Nice, cheerful service too = happy customer. Would highly recommend.
Visited The Deli on Hill today, it was the best coffee we have had in a long time. As I am a coeliac the staff put together a cheese platter for me which was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and great service, definitely worth a visit or two!
What a fabulous spread of meats, cheeses, relishes , breads etc. I ordered 6 platters onto to be vegetarian and an additional vegan platter for one to feed 37 guests. There was more than enough and the quality was top notch. The proprietor could not have been more helpful and delivered the platters to me for a small additional cost. Guests were delighted with the food and praised the selection highly. If I host anothelr arge party again I will definitely use this company.

Lovely Deli, with great local produce, and a delightful coffee shop.
Recently tried the newly opened coffee lounge at the rear of the shop. A great addition to the Deli. Although a limited menu the choices were excellent. Particularly liked the Chess board which was great value for money. This was a large portion and could easily be shared. Nice to be able to go somewhere a little bit different for a coffee.
The Deli on the Hill is a foodie delight - so many delicious items. We ordered one of their amazing platters for a family celebration and it was presented beautifully and was absolutely perfect. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
Wish I lived closer to this amazing shop.

GREAT coffee, the best I've tasted within 20 mile radius. Friendly staff. Fab food, especially the scotch eggs! Worth the visit. Good selection of specialist foods inside.
Great shop and very friendly staff. Also nice to sit outside at little table and enjoy a coffee and sandwich in the sunshine. Will definitely go back.
