A little on the steeper side of expenses but a lovely meal and well worth it! Car Park seemed a little small, so it probably gets quite full quite quickly at busy times. I'm not sure where else to park as not from the area.
Just come back into the ffrith it has had a revamp, New food menu and all new staff, a very pleasant experience lovely food two members very friendly and nice Lena & Arron went out of their way to spend time to talk to us, as being a local for many years I stop coming because it went right down on food standards friendliness. So on, So Glad it's been looked at and put Right , and now we have a great local family pub to come back into. I would recommend people who stopped coming, to come and give it another try and I'm sure they will not be disappointed in the results 😉
Walked into the foyer met with a sign that said wait to be seated, so I wait and wait about ten minutes in the bar person shouts across to us find yourself somewhere.
Anyway starters great, mains no complaints either but desserts very poor I had an after 8 Sunday which arrived as 1 scoop of mint ice cream and the rest made up of squirty cream with a slight bit of chocolate drizzle on top but no after 8s in site.
I would return but avoid the desserts and just seat myself straight away
We took residents from our care home here for a meal, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was great and the prices were amazingly cheap. Particularly for a sea-side resort where most people hike the prices right up. Good sized portions and food was tasty. Will definitely go again!! If you have a family this is great value for money and there is plenty of choice in the menu. Tasted home cooked too!!
Food was gorgeous! Busy when we arrived but they found us a seat. Staff are friendly despite a couple finding everything wrong with the place the staff handled it very well. Definitely recommend going.
We had read a few reviews and some not so good, our experience was fantastic, bar staff friendly, food came within 30 minutes, which is what we expected, food was hot and delicious, very reasonably priced, and you can also use your bluelight card for discount off your food.
We will be definitely returning when we visit Ffrith Beach campsite again
Just popped in as we are waiting to get into our holiday let, and the welcome from the staff and locals was excellent, lovely and clean. Also welcomed my dog with a drink. Will be using it while i am here.
Sam and the team behind the bar were great. Friendly and attentive service. The food was fabulous and we were in a big group so it was wonderful to have everything at the same time, tasty and fresh. As a local, we will be back in no time
We've-(me & GF) have been here quite a few times over the last few years, and it's well worth heading/searching for, as the food is always very good, and well priced. I would say though, from observations & sadly my own experience once, don't just turn up here on a Friday or Saturday without pre-booking, as the place is very popular during peak evening times. I'd also recommended booking through the app/website, as on my most recent trip, I phoned in my booking, and when I arrived they had nothing down for me, and I was then very lucky to get a table, I was told that the tablets that staff use for booking tables are sometimes difficult to use,...anyway something went wrong on this occasion. Well worth it overall though. Highly recommended.
We just ate here while visiting my Aunt. Thoroughly impressed and satisfied with our food and the service. The Dip and Cluck burger and the goodfellas burger are exceptional. We will definitely look forward to eating here on our next visit. Gentleman on the bar was fab, brilliant service. 👏
Extra yummy food (thank you chefs) and Megan couldn't do enough for us she was very friendly and gave us brilliant service 🤩. Also, the gentleman on the bar was friendly and had good customer service
