Brilliant stay! We're a family of 5 (kids 13, 11 & 8) and stayed for two nights. The room was nice, clean and had everything you'd expect. Location was really good, right on the beach (we got lucky with the weather and actually had a swim in the sea in October). Pool was really good, very warm and the kids loved it - and breakfast was excellent too. Bonus points for the staff, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend

Visited here some 15 years ago on two separate occasions and loved it. We returned recently to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the experience was fantastic. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were brilliant, friendly and very attentive. The room was fresh and clean, our meal on the Saturday night was excellent. Tasty and delicious, again staff were brilliant. All in all this hotel comes highly recommended from myself and my wife.

Lovely hotel, greeted by very friendly, professional staff. My room was a small double, it was very comfortable and clean. My only issue was that the room was too warm and the fan wasn't very good. Other than that perfect. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from, waiting on staff were lovely. Evening meals were very good a little pricey but lovely. The views are beautiful. Overall a very lovely hotel for a short break.

We stayed at The Beaches, last week, first time since the pandemic having previously visited many times over the years. We weren't disappointed lovely warm welcome from reception, room & view beautiful & pleasantly updated. Breakfast plentiful served with a smile. The bar menu & food was also excellent, we've since tried to recreate some of the dishes. A lovely relaxing stay, great atmosphere, can't wait for a return visit.

A comfortable hotel, right on the seafront with great views of the coastline. Comfortable room with sea view. We had b&b and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly attentive staff and an excellent choice. It's a really good place to base yourself to explore North Wales. If you want peace and quiet, great views and good food, you'll not go too far wrong with The Beaches.

My wife and I stayed there for our 40th anniversary having stayed there twice previously around 15 years ago. Some things obviously have changed since then but we found our stay was as enjoyable as before. Beautiful hotel , fantastic location . Staff were brilliant , friendly , helpful and attentive. Room was clean and fresh . Overall a great place to stay for a short break or a longer holiday. Highly recommended by both myself and my wife.

What a lovely little gem! Visited for lunch today. Fantastic location, it was so nice to sit outside in the beer garden on the beach front. Our dogs were welcome in the beer garden (which is securely gated) and had a plentiful supply of water. Inside was spotlessly clean and the staff were very professional and attentive. The lunch was delicious, very well presented and reasonably priced. Thank you for a lovely experience. I will be re-visiting and recommending !

Stayed for a couple of nights. Lovely well decorated room with amazing sea views. Excellent welcome tray with plenty of tea and coffee, good selection of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. They made us feel very welcome. Excellent à la carte breakfast with fresh products. Again, very attentive staff at breakfast and restaurant. The pool area, gym and sauna are a bonus. We'll definitely be staying here again. Only issue we had was with the TV that for some unknown reason, was switching on in the middle of the night, at the same time both night. We did find this very funny 😁.

I have been coming to Prestatyn for many years, from boy to man. The Beaches Hotel has always great nostalgia for me, usually walking past as we stayed at Pontins next door. The hotel is not modern, fit for purpose and superbly located for a stay in Prestatyn. We thought the staff were outstanding from start to finish, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the new renovations have really brushed the rooms up nicely and there are some beautiful views from the window. The food was exceptional, a beautiful bar overlooking the sea which accommodates guest not staying at the hotel, enabling us to invite family over for drinks. There were a couple of points to mention, the pool was out of order, so we can’t comment on that. It did not spoil our stay at all, but I imagine for others this could have been frustrating as it was part of the price and would of been a big reason for selecting this hotel. Another point, we were told pre-arrival that a mattress would be provided for the cot (supplied by hotel), we even checked a week before our visit. The mattress, was just the bottom of the cot, very hard and a single thin sheet covering it! For anyone bringing young children - bring your own mattress!! I do not wish to downgrade my review based on these two points, because in my opinion the hotel overall deserves 5-stars and fully deserved. If you are looking to stay in Prestatyn, have the budget, then look no further this is a superb hotel and couldn’t be located any better for those lovely strolls down the front and to have a gentle walk into town.

Planned a break to north wales a little earlier and having been to Prestatyn on numerous occasions before, we decided to try this hotel for a 1 night stay and it didn't disappoint. It is Ideally located opposite the beach with onsite bar and restaurant and just a stones throw away from local arcades and other pubs. Room was fine with views of the Prestatyn hills and the breakfast was superb and plentiful. Would recommend and would certainly stay here again.
