Ingredients locally sourced, great menu, service exceptional despite it being very busy, facilities modern and well kept.
Starters £7-£12, most mains under £20, desserts £7-£9. Worked out roughly £50 a head for us for three courses and a couple of drinks.
Best steak in a long time....worth the wait to get booked in.30 days dry aged,perfectly cooked and so tasty. Meat just fell off the ribs too...highly recommended.
The best rib eye steak I’ve had in a long time. A great wine recommendation too and fantastic service. A must visit.
We were in the area to meet up with friends for a folk concert and picked this restaurant from reviews left on Google maps. The staff were great and the food was excellent. If we are over in the area in future we will certainly go here again for a meal. Highly recommended.
Great Atmosphere and Service. Food was amazing !
My meal was delicious ! Steak was cooked to perfection for the most part it was tender and not too chewy, although the base of my steak was quite tough. My partners steak was meant to be medium rare but came out medium well and extremely tough and chewy. Bit disappointed.

Really good restaurant that stands out from the majority of other places we tried in the area. Separate kids menu with same high quality of ingredients and care given. Very friendly team, who were great at accommodating our young children who weren't on their best behaviour!

Went yesterday for my birthday and fathers day, food was amazing and staff was lovely, owners was sat behind us having a meal started talking to us ended up getting me a birthday card and a free drink, lovely people, can't wait to go back
