Popped in here today for a bit of lunch, small haddock and chips. The best fish and chips I've tasted in long time. The fish was pure white and the batter ultra crispy, no sloppy uncooked batter. Chips perfect, fluffy and not at all greasy . Will visit again abd would recommend.
Really enjoyed my tea this evening, fantastic meat and potato pie. A little noisy in the dining area, but this was due to the numbers of people queuing for takeout food. Very busy! Card or cash payments accepted. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Food was excellent. The service also was good. The owner remembered us from last time we were there. On that occasion my wife was not too well, and the guy was really concerned about her health. A really genuine concern. Will go again.
