Better than Coronation Street! Saturday night is akin to a toddlers musical chairs party, goes to show how popular this venue is. Peeps are watching your last forkfull of fish n chips with a pint for £9 in the hope that they can propell themselves into your still warm seat before another lingering patron. My only gripes about my experience was the gang of OAPs around the Fruit Machine next to the stairway to toilet heaven had procured chairs and stools to rest their wary gambling legs thus making desperate toilet goers circumnavigate a few minute journey around numerous crowded tables . I understand this may have caused issues for certain customers that were "turtling", happily I witnessed no "incidents ". The only other incident was the chef complaining of a sore finger from repetitive injury syndrome on the microwave. An enjoyable experience and more entertaining than a David Attenborough documentary.

Exceptional Wetherspoons with brilliant staff who kept this really busy place both clean and tidy while turning round tables in between customers so quickly. The outside garden area is both spacious and well maintained with a small car park to the rear.If that's full there is another car park to the side that is free for 3 hours. The only downside too this place is the noise levels if your after a quiet drink you won't get it here especially on a Saturday afternoon. Well worth a visit!!!!

Good ambience and decor - staff were good too. Usual spoons food and drink but kept well and quick service. This is unusual in that it was a pub taken over by spoons and it kept it's name - I remember it as the Kingfisher in the late 80s. It seems like a community pub rather just a spoons too. As spoons pubs go, this is one of the best. We enjoyed it

Nice 'spoons. Garlic bread was a bit overdone, but otherwise usual great value for money family pub. Car parking available too. We called in after walking Mam Tor on the way home.

This place doesn’t feel like a spoons at all. Carpet is clean and the architecture is new, only thing that gives it away is the microwave food they serve. That being said, the food was decent

Very good range of food and drinks, everything surprisingly decent quality for the price, portions are fair, service is fast and efficient, despite how busy it was. Ordering through the wetherspoons app is quick and easy. Interior is functional but smart, if a little cramped with maybe one or two tables too many pressed together. That's the only complaint really is getting hot drinks (self service) can be a bit of a pain winding through the tables and the crowds. One coffee machine seemed to give you a random amount of coffee, and the hot/cold water dispenser gave up under the strain, but it was very busy, and the staff did try to keep on top of them. Not too sure about such as vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options as they didn't apply to us, but the menu is quite extensive. Car park was small - maybe only space for about 10-15 cars with i think 2 disabled spaces. Entrance was big and easy enough for wheelchairs and buggies and such. Only one part of the floor was up 3 or so steps with the rest being flat. Disabled toilets on ground floor but you need a key off the staff to get in. Other toilets up a narrow flight of stairs. Looked like a decently large area to sit outside in nice weather, and if the carpark is full, there's a pay and display down the side street literally less than 2 mins walk. 3 diners, 3 mains, one sharing plate, 1 large coke and 2 unlimited self serve coffees came to just over £35 in October 2023. More than reasonable. 9/10, more than happy to come back and spread the word to others.

A great wetherspoons, probably one of the best I've visited. The interior looks like it has had a recent refurb as looks fresh and bright. Plenty of seating and tables with a large outdoor seating area at the front of the building.

One of the better wetherspoons pubs I've been to after a little drive out on Easter Sunday. Will be back again

Modern Witherspoon's, good service and food. Good choice of hand pulled beers. Plenty of outside seating as well as in the light and airy interior. Limited onsite parking only downside.

Great little wetherspoons. Came here for breakfast and ordered via the mobile app. The portions are large and great value for money. I had the American breakfast which was really nice. Also asked for coffee which was unlimited which was great.
