Had a lovely celebratory 90th Birthday lunch at The Shard for our Mum. Lovely window table with views of the estuary. Attentive staff and delicious food. The mussels were amazing. Mum thoroughly enjoyed herself and we will definately be returning. Thanks for making Mum's day extra special.
Sat outside in the sunshine. Beautiful views of the River Wyre. The Tuna steak I had with warm nicoise salad was delicious and the week before I had the chicken Kiev which was also delicious. I would recommend a visit to the Shard Riverside Inn.
Birthday meal for the bf. I've not been for couple of years restaurant hasn't changed and enjoyed our meal, excellent presentation and staff polite and friendly. We were looked after by Sandy who was very attentive. Def be returning in the near future.

Great meal, attentive and hard working staff, nothing was too much trouble, don’t sit by the window without the sun blind, just to hot when the sun is out.
A really great little hotel with a nice family atmosphere. The restaurant is a great little establishment with a good varied menu with some great specials.
