Stopped here after picking up our friend’s on a run to Luton Airport for break. Excellent parking facilities with lots of disabled spaces, they are just installing electric charging stations also. Inside the toilet’s are clean and fresh, which is always a good point, plenty on offer for food ie Burg
I visited for a lunch break. There are several eating options (M&S, Starbucks, KFC, Costa Coffee) petrol station AND Tesla's own charging station. I was most impressed with the toilets, clean as new and well maintained. you can see hygiene team walking around which is a plus! 🙂
Clean and tidy with plenty of EV charging point although they were all busy when first turned up.

Pleasantly surprised by this services. They are hell to get to, via a crazy roundabout on which no one seemed to keep to their lane, but I was desperate for the loo, so no one was stopping me!

As motorway services go, this is one of the more pleasant. It was really quite busy, though, when i last visited. A good range of places to eat and pick up supplies. Pret, Marks & Spencer, Starbucks, Pizza Express & McDonald's to name a few I can remember. Good toilet facilities and plenty of charge
I'm there every 4 weeks. Definitely the best services I've ever been to. Clean, toilets are kept clean and smelling fresh. Never had a problem with parking. A great place to stop
A little bit tricky to find as it sits between the A1 and M25 highways but follow the signs and you will find a well laid out space with all the usually outlets,

As we have a full electrical car it's very difficult to find service that have any descent charging point let alone fast charge. We were very disappointed with the Warford gap service as they only had 3 fast charging point and only 2 were working for such a big well know service it was very poor, ho

Have needed to use several times recently. Women's toilets clean (even fresh flowers near washbasins :-). Always reasonable service (given how busy it usually is) and edible food. Would be nice to have more meals with fresh veg & fruit...
Nice clean services with a selection of hot and cold food. Friendly and helpful staff.
