We came here from the airport from a trip to Spain we al all exhausted and have had a very intense day and coming here and chatting to the people here was brilliant! They were friendly and joked with us! It made us all feel much brighter we tried to get their names but they were serving other customers!
On a Sunday (today) at 6pm which shows great customer care!
I stopped at South Mimms with my two young boys. We joined the que and didn't have to wait long, but after a few hours of traveling my boys were excitable and messing about. The young lady who was operating the till at the time was absolutely brilliant. She distracted the kids and offered them a free muffin each if they promised to behave. Needless to say my kids were as good as gold afterwards. Such lovey service. A little gesture goes along way. I only wish I had of clocked her name. (Sunday 4th August around 10:30 ISH)
