A very good breakfast with one item not up to par, but quickly and positively rectified promptly. Staff were great. Surrounding are comfortable.
Food was ok, service was good. Very quiet for 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. The interior is in need of s bit of TLC. Tables were sticky and chairs weren't very clean either.
Not bad, but not in any hurry to go back.
Great place to eat. Nothing fancy. Roast dinner was lovely and at two for fifteen pounds it's a bargain. They are also still excepting Blue light cards so even better. Oh and great staff too, checked food was ok, not all places do this anymore.

Had a nice pub grub meal this evening and 1 waiter in particular was wonderful, full of cheer and genuinely wanted to please and make sure you were well looked after.

Food was excellent and well cooked. My steak was cooked perfectly. The sticky toffee and bourbon pudding was to die for.
Staff very friendly and helpful with regards to my sister needing gluten free food.
My sister was very pleased with the amount of choices she had on the gluten free menu as a lot of places she has been to have a very limited choice.
Will definitely come back next time I visit Norwich
Always a pleasure to visit Fieldfare. No matter how busy, you always have your own space to enjoy. Very friendly and helpful staff and prices that we can afford.

Been coming to the fieldfare Norwich for years now and it’s always been excellent warm and friendly with good food. Breakfasts are fantastic!
Andrew behind the bar is always very polite, attentive, and keeps the restaurant and bar running smoothly and efficiently. Has a great way with customers and is well known.
I would also like to say Michael is wonderful and a key member of staff he’s always happy and it’s always nice to see him.

1st time vist to this pub. As a "Hungry Horse" I was expecting great service, meals and choice like the one back home.
I was eager to see of it matched up as I chose this pub over it's local Brewer Fair competitor.
I was not disappointed one bit.
As predicted amazing choices, great 2 for 1 deals, huge range of dishes to choose from and reasonably priced.
The food was spectacular, well presented, well cooked and of course the compulsory check on the customer service you would hope from this industry and I expect as someone who used to work in Silver Service and hospitality.
A great and lovely experience and worth trying if never been.
Full 10 stars and highly reccomend. The deserts I am yet to try but the mains were spot on.

This was my first time at this chain of restaurants. The staff seemed a bit stretched as they were trying to do multiple jobs at once but did so with a smile and were ever so friendly. The food was good around and totally worth the money. Would I go again, yes!
The only constructive input I have is interior needed updating and menues are old and tatty but apart from that it was a good solid experience!
Visited Fieldfare for a meal with my family. As always with Hungry Hourse chain you walk in and feel welcome. The selection of food on offer will cater for everyone tastes. When the food came out portion size was great for both mains and deserts. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My only mark down was for the condition of the toilets but everything else is an easy 5 stars 🌟
