I’m practically a regular by now😅 - referred to my work team, Motorpoint Portsmouth and we are always impressed with the quality of food, ALWAYS remembering the whole order, never missing anything. I can officially say, this is our favourite linch to have at work! Absolutely brilliant and never fail
We came in for lunch today and Dori went above and beyond to help us. She explained all the options in detail and made us some incredible burritos, and even helped me with an issue I had with my loyalty card at another store. Dori is an absolute credit to this store - thank you!
Love Tortilla. I am based on Isle of Wight, so this is a treat on mainland. Food always awesome. Staff could be a little more interactive and enthusiastic. Small seating area inside, not really that apealing but outside seating area, perfect on warmer days.

Great experience to try the Burritos. They have a lot of variety to choose from, and the portion is more than enough to get your hunger down. The staff was kind and patient with us. We have been there the first time.

I was served by two absolutely cheerful and wonderful ladies, Dori and her colleague, whom unfortunately I did not get a name for. They both made the experience worthwhile😊.
I should have got the name of the server or maybe she did say and I've forgot, but she was very friendly and gave very good customer service/ interaction. It was at around 7:15 pm and she had a beautiful accent and blonde /ish hair!
Brilliant place to eat kind staff we got served by a woman named chole who was very friendly and helpful. lovely food I've never tasted a burrito that nice before and I've been many places definitely recommend.
Food is always fresh and amazing! Made a big order for my work and they even gave us all a brownie each 🥹 amazing !!!
Every time I've been in the staff have been so friendly and efficient, never had a bad meal there and genuinely some of best food I've had in Portsmouth

This was a very good restaurant, the staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the meal, because this was delicious and tasty. I reccommend to everyone this place!
I tried built one, which was priced quite high due to my choice. The tase was great and the price was not for students ££. The scenery is great and you can enjoy Gunwhatf and spinning Tower in a same time.
Dori was amazing and very accommodating and helped me with my order to make it perfect!
