The BEST Indian takeaway I have had. Really impressed with the food. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Biriyani , Vegetable bhaji and chicken shashlick. Deeelicious. Will be ordering again :)

I have had curry’s from many Portsmouth restaurants and takeaways, Gingers curry’s are by far the best I have ever had the staff were very polite and pleasant to talk to.

Explained to the owner about my wife being gluten intolerant (coeliac) and vegetarian.. we went through the menu and was pleasantly surprised that a lot of the ingredients used were gluten free . Have now had a number of lovely meals from ginger and would recommend it . Just let them know of your intolerance and they will try to accommodate.
Fantastic dishes that are a little different from other takeaways. The owners love for what he does shines through the food. Dishes are not greasy as I have found with other takeaways. Our new favourite place
