Certainly not a milky milkshake, very thick ice-cream creation.
Suggest you book if you don't want to be disappointed. Lovely staff the atmosphere feels like.your in Italy. Chatting and eating in a nice environment. The coffee tastes good before you take a sip as the smell is delicious. My homemade soup was full of flavour. The pizza was too much for lunch.
A box was supplied I'm sure Janet enjoyed that too.
And a very reasonable price too. Will definitely be trying a Friday or Saturday night.
Came for early supper before comedy night. Sharing platters were only food on tonight but they were simply delicious lovely balanced selection of meats, cheeses and bread. Drinks had by all were well made a good selection of cocktails. Service was slow though unfortunately. Toilets lovely and clean. Will definitely make a return visit would like to try out during the day to sample the coffee....
Managed to revisit for coffee. Delicious coffee, excellent Italian sweets. Very busy a sign of a great place. Only let down this visit is that dogs seem to be allowed. I am not a lover of dogs in places that serve food, myself and my baby did not enjoy the dog that was yapping at other dogs sat next to us ☹️
Was looking for a place where my business partner and I could grab a light bite, breakfasty type of meal. This place was suggested; great choice. We both had smashed avocado with poached eggs on sourdough bread with baby vine tomatoes....bloody delicious!!
The food was extremely high quality, I’d like to personally thank the chef Tom, who went above and beyond to make sure our order was delivered perfectly.
The waiting staff were also delightful, making me feel extremely welcomed.
What a fab place to eat gorgeous authentic Italian food. The food was delicious, especially the Gorgonzola, mushroom and spinach lasagna.... wow. I like the concept of smaller plates but thought they were expensive. The place was full and very loud, difficult to have a conversation without shouting. Staff very welcoming.
This place, and all the staff are utterly delightful. I regularly pop in for a mocha and one of their delicious flatbreads, and it's like being greeted by friends. The whole place is buzzy and an interesting place to meet friends or sit alone and enjoy the fab coffee... Can highly recommend it- and if the chocolate almond cake is on offer, please try some, you won't be disappointed!!...

I had a piadina, which was lovely, and both my wife and I had coffee and cake. The cake choice available was quite limited, but we did go in an hour before they shut, so I didn't get to have their amazing Tirimisu. My wife had coffee cake, which was delicious!
Visited last night for a valentines meal. We had such a lovely time, the atmosphere was perfect. The staff were all brilliant and we loved the live singer. Thank you all. We can't wait to come back.

I am a coffee connoisseur and the coffee was the best I've ever had. My mother is a tea drinker but opted for a cappuccino and founded it amazing.
After being so impressed popped back later for lunch. Superb pizza.
Last but not least the service was second to non really attentive and genuinely friendly. Can't wait to visit again.
Lovely cafe with warm and helpful staff. First visit but I’ll be back. Visited after a hard morning gardening; my wellies had leaked and I was cold and tired, but I left there feeling nurtured. Thank you, ladies, for looking after me.

There's coffee and then there's coffee. This shops stacks right up there with the best. Also does Italian food goodies and treats, great bonus. Happy friendly staff that always have a smile and are polite at all times. Glad to see this coffee shop is doing well for itself. Highly recommended.
What a fantastic Italian cafe. Their coffee is absolute quality and the pastries all really fresh and light. Try the granola slice, it is amazing. Will definitely be coming back here. A rare find.
Really good coffee and delicious cakes! My wife has bought me a couple of treats from here and they were both beautiful. I haven’t been in yet (still required in the office at work) but Mrs A reports that the people there are really friendly and helpful. I’ll hopefully nip in myself soon just to say thank you for making such nice cakes / tarts / other lovely stuff!
It is amazing very friendly, amazing entertainment in evenings, amazing atmosphere and lovely food. All staff are lovely.
