I had nothing to eat but the latte coffee was superb but dear. Only went in to get a bag of free used coffee grounds for my compost heap but do not have the nerve to take a bag but buy nothing.
Accessible for wheelchairs and small to slightly bigger mobility scooters. NO TOILETS there but public loos nearby with disabled facilities available.
I do like an independent café, but on occasions, Starbucks will also help quench a chaps thirst. This particular branch is usually pretty good, if a little worn around the edges. The staff on this occasion had a substantial queue to get through, but my seasonal coffee and tasty sweet treat hit the proverbial spot. I think the seating and table areas will need a refresh sooner rather than later, but it seemed clean overall on this particular visit. Yes, it’s expensive compared to some other coffee establishments, but I would visit again. (Visit was 1st October 2022).
Lovely coffee shop. Chilled and a nice variety of drinks which are delicious by the way. Clean and tidy. I like that they take your name when they take your order and call your name out when it's done to collect from the counter. Feels very personal 🙂
The staff are lovely, my daughter loves Starbucks so we come here after our shopping trips. There is always a long queue in this one, so if your in a rush it probably isn't for you.

The taste is not as much better to compare with another countries but there is same different.... visit and taste it...
Very nice store and nice staff, especially for a Starbucks. Thank you in specific to Gigi, who, after I mentioned how hot I was, unexpectedly brought me some ice water to drink whilst I waited for my coffee. I was very touched!
The other day I went to your restaurant in cascades in Portsmouth and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and in particular to the manager I’m not sure of his name but was a man with a bald head , he was so friendly and helpful explaining all the types of coffee as I wasn’t sure which one to choose and the food was lovely . I will definitely use this Starbucks as my regular coffee shop when I’m in town and I fully recommend to family and friends😁😁
