Yates Portsmouth - Portsmouth - Photo album

Got the mixed grill for a pretty decent price, alcohol is cheap and if I’m honest, not a bad little party scene in the evenings as well. Some staff could do with some cheering up though.
Decent food at decent prices
I went for a early Christmas lunch with work on 30/11/18 as we did this last year and were happy then so thought we would do it again. It was great value at £11.95 for three courses. It was tasty and hot, all enjoyed their meals. The service was good and made sure we were happy without being intrusi
Decent value for money with the student burger and all food is genuinely great. Besides stealing my jacket for a whole 2 minutes and all they did was put it in lost and found..he wasnt lost. He's just misunderstood. Besides this i liked the place and am very happy to go anytime..without a jacket.
It was the first time I had been to this establishment, the reason for my visit was that I had been invited to a social meeting which went extremely well, this was partly due to the pleasant atmosphere and the helpful and friendly service from the staff. I would be more than happy to give Yates a hi
For me being slightly older than the evening crowd, it is a good stop off for a beer after shopping in the town. Service is good and you are treated with some respect which is rare these days and most appreciated. My drink of choice is Strongbow and at £2.60 a pint, there are no complaints here! Eve
Reasonable price food. coke not pepsi. Coke was flat... poor vegan choices for friend but cheap, staff can be a bit rude. Burgers chicken all good. Toilets up a lot if stairs not suitable for wheelchair users or mobility difficulties.
One of the best pubs in Portsmouth. Good Food and drinks all around. Nice atmosphere to enjoy a pint, food and watch a football match. The only negative about this place is that anything you touch is sticky. Recommended only for nights out with the lads and football.
Only popped in for one drink and ended up staying for dinner and watching the football. Bar staff were excellent, drinks were very reasonable, and the food was delicious. I had a vegetable panang. It was tasty, spicy, fresh vegetables and cosy around £6. Lots of screens for the football too! Highly
Half a mile from halls is a no-brainer. Good food, great ales and even better prices. The only drawback - as in most English pubs I’ve visited -everything is so sticky. I went there with a fiancée once and apart from good ales and great, according to her, mango cider it was unbearable to have your h
Accommodated well for the champions league final. The security did well to control the raucous crowd and the bar staff did well to keep the drinks flowing. Would recommend here for major sporting events!
