I've been coming to this kebab shop for 20 years it's been owned by the same family they are very friendly people and serve lovely food. ☺

Perfect doner kebab and staff
Food is absolutely amazing, discovered it whilst visiting friends a couple of weeks ago. Prices are mind-blowing (it's a lot more expensive where I am for the same things - so value for money is a definite YES.) Service was a bit hit and miss the second time, but I guess it depends who you get on shift when you go in, the first time staff were interactive, almost playful and added to the experience, the second, they just served the food and gave you the basic service you'd expect every time if you hadn't had the outstanding and fun service the first time. So not a huge negative but it would be nice to see the same enthusiasm from everyone there. Will definitely use them every time I fancy a take-away and I'm in the area!

First takeout in Portsmouth. Staff friendly, prices good and portions huge. We had the chicken shish and lamb doner combo, so filling. Not greasy and the chilli sauce has the right amount of kick to it.
You can eat in or take away. Inside is basic but tidy.

Best place. Friendly staff to me and my family. One of the staff gave my daughter a lollipop which was a really nice gesture. Will visit regularly for sure.
Friendly staff. Fair portions and testy food. We buying the food when we are in Portsmouth. We try to in few different places but Istanbul Grill is the best.
