Being told I have to use the app to order instead of using a server on the way in puts me off straight away. It may suit some diners but I prefer interaction and advice from a server. Plus adding extra drinks etc becomes a pain.
Food was not as excellent as usual but still very good, my burger had a very soggy base so it was impossible to eat with your hands as it just fell to bits. Poutine fries were excellent!!
If app ordering is the only option then future visits may not happen, the servers when serving our food were great! Polite and interactive so seems a waste not using them to order and possibly up sell your products especially to new customers.

We had a pleasant experience at this busy burger joint during a Bank Holiday. Maria L provided efficient and friendly service, and the atmosphere was lively with a mix of families, couples, and friends. The All Right All Right All Right Burger was a spicy and cheesy delight worth ordering again, and the Chilli Cheese Fries were really good. The Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake had a nice subtle hint of jelly (jam) and was decent. The Truffle Mac was outstanding and one of the best we've tried. However, the Triple B Burger's blue cheese was too strong for our liking compared to GBK's more balanced flavour. The Tater Tots (hash browns, reshaped) and Dirty Fries didn't wow us, but the Classic Cheese Burger with BBQ sauce was nice. Parking in the area is limited, so plan accordingly. We had an overall positive experience at this burger joint, with a mix of hits and misses. One thing worth noting is that the meal deals offer the best value for money. The portion sizes were excellent, ensuring we left satisfied. Our total bill, including a tip, came to just over £90.
I found this place listed as the best burger in England. While I disagree (not the best burger in Portsmouth), it is good.
The place looks dreary and cheap, I'm guessing aimed at students.
However, the staff were great! Quick to serve, they checked back without being intrusive, polite almost friendly, helpful. Actively making good suggestions.
I even had a minor issue with my fries, and they were so good in response.

I had the Donnie J Trump burger with Chippy Fries! Honestly, the chips were amazing!
The burger was kind of weird with crushed wotsits on top.. but nonetheless, it was absolutely delicious!
Quick tip, the app is awful! They will push you to use it, but myself and my wife and I couldn't work it, so ask the waitress to take your order!

Best burger I’ve had in the UK for a long time, highly recommend this place if you’re into USA diner style food. Additionally highly recommend trying one of the milkshakes, very thick and great flavours. I’ve taken away 1 star due to the at table ordering process via QR code — The menu / ordering process was somewhat convoluted and was not straightforward.
Really lovely food, perhaps slightly on the pricey side for what it is. I had chilli fries and the pbbj burger, both full of flavour and very enjoyable.
Lovely lunch there today. Two of us, and just ordered three sides, but was more than we could eat. We had the frickles, chilli cheese fries, and wings with buffalo sauce. Would highly recommend. Great quality and good prices.
Staff very very friendly and helpful. Menu is expansive and the burgers are amazing. The dirty fries are the best I've ever had.

Always great customer service, and top quality food. Really good range of American style burgers and sides, and a lovely atmosphere. Ever so slightly pricey, but would still highly recommend.
Always a good time at 7Bone. Seated and seen to very quickly. The wife had the Triple B and as always, it was fantastic. Nothing to complain about. I option for the Alright, alright, alright burger. Suitably spicy, and was great when complimented to the chilli loaded tater tots. We always opt for the Coq Skins, and they were great as usual. Never had a bad burger here and very happy with the visit.
Absolutely delightful. We actually made the journey to this wonderful place today, and my word, we were not disappointed. From the craft ales (always a good sign for me) to the seasoned fries and dirty burgers. This place hits all the marks with taste, decor and customer service.
We were warmly welcomed, allowed to sit where we chose, and attended to in quick fashion. The service was fast and the food excellent. Also, it’s great to see a certified ‘pink’ burger joint again in Portsmouth. The burgers were unique, tasty and extremely juicy.
We weren’t rushed or left aside, the staff were very friendly, efficient and Star Wars fans. The last being an extra big bonus for us.
The experience was fantastic, the food incredible, and the memories forever memorable.
We SHALL return.

Some of the best burgers we've had in a very, very long time! The burgers were juicy and cooked exactly the way we asked (medium rare)! The chilli-cheese fries are amazing too... We'd definitely recommend the biscoff shake 😉

Portions are regular not as big as you may think, actually the burger was tiny... food quality is average, a bit overpriced I would say.
Stuff are very friendly, accommodating and POLITE WITH A SMILE on their faces! which to as is very important.
Bathrooms are very clean and we loved the style of this diner...it feels like one of those American burger diner on the road...if that make sense...
The only complaint I have is the taste of food and sizes could be improved particularly the cheese used on chips it’s killing the lovely flavour of the seasoning you use on chips...plus in our opinion is too much and too heavy, I mean the cheese is a bit too plasticky and overpowering the rest. But this is just a personal opinion which didn’t change my review score.
Amazing Cider a bit too expensive but very nice. We had the chips with cheese and bacon not on the menu but we asked anyway as we saw a picture of another review here before we went and they were so nice to do it especially for us! Impressive service! Will return when we’ll be back to Portsmouth or elsewhere ;)
