The Caffe has good selection of different very well prepared dishes for everyone, including kids.

Discovered this little café tucked away behind an archway in a corner of the village while on a very enjoyable day trip. The outside tables, in a lovely setting overlooking the piazza, were very busy, so I had my lunch inside. The interior of the café is small, no frills but clean and comfortable, with clean toilets at the back. Very pleasant and hardworking young staff. You pay for your meal at the bar when ordering, and it is brought to your table. I found the service very quick. The menu offered a good selection of homemade Italian dishes including pasta, pizzas and platters, plus a children's menu. Ordered a salad with grilled chicken, bacon, mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and croutons in a tangy dressing, with some bread and butter as an extra. The food was good quality and well presented, very fresh salad ingredients and big portions. There's a wide choice of wines, beer, cider and soft drinks, but oddly they were not serving coffee or tea even though they were on the menu. Overall a satisfying lunch, but at £20.90 for the meal and a cider, it was expensive.

We had a really lovely lunch here. Chaitanya served us and was extremely polite and attentive.
The food was delicious, we found the portions to be a good size for the price so found it value for money.
The creamy garlic and chilli prawn toast was incredible, definitely recommend it.

One thing I missed photographing the lemon tiramisu cheesecake which was fantastic and highly recommended!
Fabulous place to sit and watch the people go by. Food was delicious and the staff excellent given the heat they were working in! The pizzas are amazing more than enough for lunch and the food the rest of us had was tasty and the portions huge! Totally understand why we had to pay first... as there was a huge queue and I imagine revenue can get lost. Totally recommend.
For me the food, arrived hot, tasted great and was presented nicely. The staff were AMAZING. The Gluten Free chocolate cake was excellent, I have no idea how they managed to get it so light and fluffy. If you've eaten a range of what passes for Gluten Free you'll know what I'm talking about! Also worth a mention - when we arrived with our kids we were immediately given some crayons and pencils with some colouring in for them to do. Downsides : minor for me, the toilets were a bit on the cramped side but there are plenty of other facilities available in the village. At peak times the wait for food/service can be extended but that's to be expected at it's a popular destination.
The Cafe itself is located in a beautiful village and at a vert pleasant spot. They had inside and a outside seating, the seating outside is really pleasing and has that feel good factor. The food we ordered was really delicious and was made very presentable. The staff were friendly and courteous. It was the best cafe that we could have asked for at that tiny village. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going out there.
Bit of a limited menu but the options are delicious, with some really gorgeous desserts and the best views of the village; was also open later than the other restaurants. Staff were friendly and happy, and the place was clean and very pleasant.
My only issue is that it is pricey, but then, it is Portmeirion!
Service from Charlotte was incredible. She really went out of her way. I'd had a horrible day and she really put a smile on my face. The rest of the team were all lovely as well.

I haven’t been there but I am planning to. I am a bit concerned about the reviews if the staff is racist I don’t want to come and ruin my day, any other customers noticed racism?
Tasty food, both pizza and lamb ragu pasta of decent quality and reasonable (but not generous) portion sizes for lunch. Slightly expensive.
