Definitely the best lunch we had while visiting Wales! The starters (duck and salmon) were exquisite, with the duck being absolutely perfect! The mains were equally as delicious, and the pork belly was cooked absolutely perfectly. The service was very good and the staff are very attentive and helpf
Very nice meal, good quality and value. Staff were excellent. There are only 4 stars for the atmosphere because the piano wasn't played.
The food was excellent. So lucky to find this and have this, and the value is exceptional. I had cheese tomato start thing, very refreshing. For main, pork belly, absolutely delicious. Desert selection was excellent. £30 for the three course meal I couldn't believe it, and to top it all off, you
We were on our Honeymoon and wanted to visit Portmerion, so made use of the free voucher for eating lunch here - but this restaurant was the highlight of the visit! The staff were very professional, the food was incredible and the atmosphere/aesthetic was tranquil. We had an amazing meal and I could
Duck starter was delicious highly recommended. Likewise the fish and chips was excellent and generous portion size. Staff were impeccable. 3 courses for £30 is great value for money.
A fantastic experience. Polite, attentive, friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. Our meals were first class. Well prepared and exquisitely presented. Dining here was an absolute pleasure.
Beautiful tasting food. Had the foccia with olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Then the fish and chips crushed minted peas and curry. Wow the best fish and chip supper I've ever had! All lovely presented. Atmosphere and staff very friendly and attentive.
Absolutely lovely meal. Friendly service. Chauffeuring service was much appreciated. Highly recommend the mussels. Delicious. Desserts are also amazing.
Super food, first-class service for a table of 14
Fantastic three course meal at the incredible price of £30 per person. The quality of the food was outstanding. Highly recommended.
Great hotel attached to portmerion. Went in for a drink on new year's eve sat in the foyer next to a roaring fire. Restaurant was packed and the food looked fantastic wish we had booked for lunch. Going to book a weekend there later in the year.
We ate here for our anniversary, whilst on holiday nearby. What a beautiful setting. From arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and even though the team were short staffed at the time, nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent. The food was very well presented and tasted amazi
We were staying in the village but had dinner here one night. The location and restaurant is stunning, the menu had plenty of options with reasonable prices, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely worth eating here
Good selection of high quality meals and drinks, and attentive, friendly staff. Classy decor which blends modern clean lines whilst being sympathetic to the ancient feel of the castle. A very pleasant way to spend the evening. The dessert was absolutely incredible!
Absolutely fantastic food, service and atmosphere. The set 3 course lunch menu is excellent and there is also a great children's 3 course menu for £15. Fantastic food, great wine list. We would love to go back!
Fantastic food and service! Their lunch set is extremely value for money too (£20 for a 2 course and £25 for 3 courses), plus you get free entry to portmeirion village. Well worth the stop!
Came for a nice lunch to go to Portmeridion after. It was lovely, the cod was delicious. The staff was lovely. Probably a bit expensive for what it is but it’s nice! Would recommend. Wonderful grounds too.
