My partner and i finally got around to trying this place today, and was not disappointed! I’d had some recommendations to try from there, which we did. We shared our orders to try, the Burrito was so filling and full of flavour, as was the Chicken burger (i personally could have eaten a couple of these)! We now both have a favourite to order when we go next. And may even try some more of the menu next time. The decor was different in a good way, as its rare to find anywhere with a rustic feel to it in Portishead, very laid back vibes, with helpful and friendly staff. Sadly didn't get a photo as we were taken back by how good the food was!

Have been to Salsa a few times now, once when they first opened and another recently. Both times were grear. The atmosphere and decor inside is fresh and looks great. Friendly staff and dog friendly! The food was brilliant, had a breakfast roll and a coffee for breakfast which was delicious. The menu has got bigger since opening and a lot more choice now. I have had a burrito rice bowl too and that was excellent as well! Will definitely be coming back and recommend others do too!

Lovely new independent Mexican eatery! Coffee was so flavoursome, and hot so it could be enjoyed over a chat. Pulled beef burrito was spicy and juicy and just delish! Pulled beef rice bowl was plentiful and so much variety in every mouthful. Will be back to try the churros as they have been well recommended. Decor was cool, dark and edgy - love the artwork by Sophie Long, a great centre piece Staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and chill Recommend everyone try this and support local

I visited this place yesterday with my boyfriend after waiting so long to try it and it did not disappoint. Love love the decor of the place itself and the staff were super attentive and lovely. The food, amazing. The best chicken burrito I have ever had! The tortilla chips were gorgeous and were freshly baked. Definitely something Portishead needed as there’s nothing else like it nearby. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Really good food, friendly staff. Burrito was well filled, very tasty, beef was fantastic. Tried the XXX Salsa (hottest) and wasn't particularly spicy but had a lovely flavour. Good range of hot sauce too. Definitely coming back

Saturday night takeaway , service was great and it was delicious .First time having Mexican since moving here from New York and the Beef burrito was slamming. Guacamole and chips could use some more salt but you can tell everything is fresh and not cooked by microwave. I think this place is only going to get better.

We had a large group takeaway for 18 people yesterday and everything was perfect! Ordering was easy, everything was delivered exactly to order (and we ordered a lot), it was all ready on time when we came to collect and the food was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much Salsa - we had such a lovely dinner and you have 18 very happy people! We will definitely order again soon! So pleased to have something this good in Portishead

Popped into salsa earlier to grab some tea with my family. Lovely atmosphere, food was great and the staff were so accommodating to my vegetarian daughter who wanted something that wasn’t on the menu. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon!

We went to Salsa for a team lunch from Evolve Dentistry, there were 15 in our party. We were able to pre-order our food as we were on a tight timetable and it was excellent. The team at Salsa really looked after us and made sure that we were finished on time. All the team loved the food and we will be back. Thank you.

Been wanting to try SALSA for a while, and it was very good! Had the vegan sandwich and fries, both very tasty. Tortillas and dips as others have mentioned were also great. The mariachi cover of living on a prayer that came on is probably worth a mention on its own!

Have been waiting to try Salsa and it didn't dissapoint. Welcoming, vibrant and the energiser smoothie and carne burrito are delicious. The burrito in particular exceeded all expectations, I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. My boys loved the milkshakes, tortilla chips and churros. Even welcomed our pooch. One ask from us would be if you have any plans to add Huevos Rancheros to your lovely menu 😋

Had a great time at Salsa, fantastic food and great venue. I had the Slow Cooked Pulled Beef Burrito with a side of Salsa Fries, which I strongly recommend. The staff are also really wonderful! I'll certainly be going again!

Just called in on the opening day of business, having visited Mexico this place does the best churros I have tried in the uk, also great coffee and milkshakes. Will definitely be back for some food on the main menu or breakfast. Also amazing artwork on the wall inside. Great addition to the town.

Great addition to the high street and food is super tasty, amazing portions and plenty of selection. Burritos are HUGE! have been previously as well and churros are great, just couldn’t fit them in this time.
