Didn't eat. Came to see a band called 'The Woods' which were excellent. Room to dance and it was great fun. Spoilt during the interval by the pub playing grunge music very loudly during the interval and refusing to turn it down

A hidden gem πŸ’Ž Most delicious burger and fries ever!! They currently have a great deal on for Β£10 - huge burger, huge portion of fries, coleslaw and pork scratchings, and a pint INCLUDED! Great quality food, super fast service and a lovely environment! Sat by the fire enjoying a beautiful burger πŸ” Really quiet too!

Good pub, main reason for visiting was live music, which was very good 'wired for sound'. Intended to eat there first but on arrival was told kitchen was being refurbished, which was a little disappointing as it didn't say this on their website, having said that they did say we were welcome to grab a takeaway and take it back in (which we didn't do)

Amazing pub, great atmosphere. Great friendly service, amazing staffs. Looking for a place to hang out for a beer or two, then I highly recommend The Old Mill. Visit the secret garden for fun and magic night out. Best pub in Portishead.

Food is really good. Recommended. Just needs a few more customers to give it a bit of atmosphere.

We had a lovely lunch here on New years Eve, food was brilliant. The kids meals from the lunch menu were high quality and the portion huge (see photo). Service was really friendly and felt welcome even though we had an 18 month old and 3 yr old. I had a few nice ales too, big thumbs up from us

As visitors from Devon, we found The Old Mill purely by chance as we didn't want a standard hotel or supermarket breakfast. We both had the vegetarian full English, which was super delicious! It had two of the most tasty vegetarian sausages I have ever had, as well as wilted spinach, avocado, lovely baked beans with a smokey taste, mushroom, tomato, two perfectly fried eggs and a slice of toasted ciabatta. The service and atmosphere was also excellent. We will definitely return to The Old Mill the next time we are in Portishead πŸ˜ƒ

This place reopened in December under new management. I have eaten there now more than once and have enjoyed every mail ordered, loving the Lamb Roll that is served on the lunch menu. The kids meals are great and my little ones had no complaints at all. You need to have a Sunday roast here OMG it is the best in the area by a long way. The range of beers and other drinks are extensive and at a very good price point. The lady’s on the table next to use seemed very happy with their cocktails. The staff are lovely and very helpful, my youngest knocked over his drink and it was no trouble at all for them to clean it up and replace it for him. It is dog friendly too which means our little four-legged family member does not have to be excluded and left out in the cold. Will be back again and again, highly recommend.

Lovely tasting Sunday roast reasonable price. Took a star off because it could have been hotter. Dog friendly, good staff, own car park register your car. Forgot to take a photo.

Limited menu but the food was good although my wife said her chips were dry and my son in law left his so he obviously didn't think much of them either. My pasta was great and my daughter ate her chilli so we at least were happy. Puddings were very much to our taste steam puddings and custard went down a storm while I went for a lighter option a trio of ice cream which was lovely. Prices were good and the service excellent. I enjoyed the meal, the pub and thought the staff were welcoming and very pleasant and accommodating. A good experience

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime. They had Otter ale being served, as well as ciders and larger on tap. Polite staff and there was space to sit. Chips were lovely and homemade. Ham was cut thick and the fish had a lovely light beer batter. Reasonable prices.
