This is a beauty of a coffee shop! We were about to stop in the local Costa and something caught our eye further up the road that looked like a coffee shop. So we ventured a little further and are we glad that we did? Yes we are. The service was excellent. We just happened to be served by the owner
We had a great Sunday lunch, they had a great choice of meats. I went for the beef which was great. Some of our table had pizza which was very nice as well. Great position near the beach with lots of parking. Really nice inside.
Amazing staff and food I first found this place 10 years ago after cycling around Europe, my bank card got cancelled and the owner kindly sold me all of the cakes they had left at the end of the day for the change in my pocket. I go in every time I'm in the area now, really happy to see it still the
Wow, such a wonderful and fabulous place. Hoofing it down we came up from Dolgellau for a change and discovered this place, the food is heavenly and the team work so hard to make this place so good. If you are in Porthmado, go, no arguments, no discussions just do it.
Wow.... An amazing find. The spelt bread was fantastic, the coffee great, the burrito breakfast yumm and let's not forget the homity pies... This little cafe is heaven!!! As for service and staff you could not ask for nicer people, the guy serving always had time to talk to you. Seating in the back
What a great little cafe! The homity pie was fantastic, the coffee was great too. The chap serving on the till had a great way with the customers. We bought a monkey bread to take away, and that was a great mix of bread nuts and toffee, recommended
I can't really add anything to what others have said! It really is a great independent cafe in a world of chains which means that the food choices are more varied. Good food and value, friendly staff, comfortable quirky decor and nice coffee. If I lived closer I would be in every day!
This is a little gem. Fantastic Bread, cakes, pies, all baked on the premises, fresh, but also with the opportunity to buy anything that is left over from the day before at a reduced rate. The coffee is superb, the salads are huge and sooo good and the Monkey Bread is just heavenly, you must try it.
It is a must when you are in Porthmadog. The friendly service makes you welcome from the very beginning. Delicious food and coffee! Will definitely recommend that place to everyone!
A great place. The sourdough needs more salt and oil, and I wish they'd stop caking the top of it in flour. But the rest of the food is great and they still get 5 stars just for effort and care over the products and customers.
