I'm disappointed to see that there's no extra staff to serve in the cafe, the staff behind the counter are too busy to serve customers their choice
Can be really busy on times, but today straight in served sat down no problem. Clean and very pleasant staff.

Who doesn't love a steak bake!? Well maybe people who don't eat meat but there are plenty of options at tidy prices
Great coffee, Great Tomato soup and Drink and Cake deal. Plus the staff are friendly and always busy either serving customers or cleaning the shop. Good Luck to a great British institution!!!!!!

Went for the day as we were visiting went for old time sake of cause this shop wasn't here when we were there last but I'm delighted to say they had ice slicers my all time favourite unfortunately and sad to say shamefully we don't have them in London so we made the most of them here the staff were

I pick up my coffee here everyday,lovely friendly staff always chatty this makes it worth while just to see people smile. Thank you Gregg's for picking lovely staff and very clean shop😁👍
