Visited here for coffee and cake. Had a great time sitting in the sun watching the boats being launched whilst enjoying the coffee. Cakes were superb. Plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is good. Indoor seating available too. Staff friendly and welcoming and happy to help out. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would return again.

A great little venue I’ve been waiting to try for ages. Finally gave it a go having driven through the Warf gates and following the signs. A busy Warf but plenty of parking. We waited outside to be seated as COVID restrictions were in full force. Once seated with a great view of the busy waterway we picked avocado on focaccia and a sausage and red onion marmalade bap. Breakfast was delicious, washed down with some great coffee. Pleasant service and not rushed but I expect it is busy in the summer as there are several outdoor tables and a tiki hut. Well worth a visit!

We had the best maple syrup and bacon pancakes we've ever tasted! And gluten free bread options were excellent. Staff that served us this morning were so polite, friendly and helpful, nothing too much. Beautiful location, would thoroughly recommend! We also had the pleasure of meeting this beauty 😊
