3rd Visit here, and has good at the first. Staff very polite. The rooms are excellent for the price. Very clean and modern.

Very clean and modern services. Toilets were immaculate. Could probably do with being bigger now based on how busy it was. Would love to see a Leon Restaurant here at some point as I love their food.

Quick stop for lunch, we enjoyed the toasted sandwiches, coffee and cake, definitely not the cheapest though. Toilets were clean and there was no queue. Parking was easy loads of spaces, there is wheelchair access and parking here.

Plenty of parking, so dont everyone fight over the first few spaces on entrance and block the way in.... !! This is a good stop for dog owners as there's a nice small hill of grass all the way around the edge for doggo toilet time. A few choices of shops for food. Toilets available and plenty of them. Certainly not modern or spectacular, more functional. The food areas seemed to have constant queues.

A good few options to choose from for food; Burger King, KFC, Subway, and an Asian Fusion Noodle bar. There seems to be plenty of seating, although we did go at a quieter time, so your mileage may vary. Lots of parking outside, with nicely spaced bays (no tight spots here). Easy lane directions in and back out for onward journey. There’s a useful large notice board for travel and news announcements, and fairly good mobile coverage throughout. Only downside may be the number of things to keep kids occupied while they stretch their legs, although there are grassy areas outside by the car park if the day is dry.

Great stopover specially if you’re having a long trip, it counts with huge installations where you can either use the toilets or just simply do some shopping or something to eat. Inside there’s a Burger King, unfortunately I have tried to use the app as you can get some discounts but it’s not available in here, the burgers were quite good. There’s also other restaurants and healthy options available. The newsagent inside also have all type of drinks and snacks, you can also buy toys and newspapers. The toilet facilities were clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The parking is huge with plenty of space also for everyone to park and counts with chargers for electric cars.

I stopped here about 13:10 on a Friday 4th August and it was really busy. Huge queue to access the car park, however I did manage to park fairly quickly which was a surprise. Toilet facilities, which I understand have just been refurbished, were excellent. Hopefully they will stay that way for a long time.

Decent service station travelling Southbound on M5. Relatively clean lobby area and toilets. Busy weekend but few spaces remaining. Decent selection of shops and vendors with variety of cold food, hot dishes and snacks available. Good place to stop for break on journey to South West England.

Good for a quick stopover when on the road. Was extremely busy on the day we stopped here, this would have been due to the traffic conditions on the M5 on the day. We found a messy table to sit and have our meal but a member of staff (I think he was the manager) was very helpful in cleaning the table and getting it ready for us.

It's a motorway services! The carpark is confusing at the moment due to temporary signs (although they have kept changing it for the last 30+ years and it has not made any difference!) It is relatively clean in the main area and the toilets look as if they have been redone recently and were very clean. Petrol is very expensive, but being a motorway services that is to be expected.

Expensive experience at kentucky, 17£ for a meal for the teenager, Waitrose did better with two meals for the same price, I am shocked at the chicken price, and the fuel is 30p more expensive than anywhere where I live or visited in Bristol or Exeter
