Food is good, atmosphere is nice and serene staff very warm
Everyone who served me was incredibly pleasent and helpful, although I waited a wee bit I loved the food that came, top quality stuff. I got the Bert's Loaded Fries and they were a great portion size as well as that they tasted amazing. My colleague got the breakfast bap which they loved. Highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Portadown and is looking for some coffee, cake, pastries or some delicious food. Only other point would be that some people were waiting in the queue for quite some time.
A very surprising and pleasant experience for me, I wasn't expecting a super meal but I did get one, everything cooked to perfection, presented well and served by a very professional and pleasant waitress, will return and the price was surprisingly low.
Lovely place! Well decorated and amazing friendly staff, the food was good and filling. I came here with my blind Grandmother who struggles to read and doesn't know brail. I suggest a menu for the blind and those that have difficulty seeing making menus in brail and larger text menus. I think with that small change it will be more friendly towards people that struggle with sight.
Staff are welcoming, lovely and really helpful.
Café has a lovely feel to it and there are plenty of cakes.
Unfortunately there aren't any gluten free baked cakes, however there ARE options.
Always a great place for Lunch after a Saturday morning kids football match. Loved the Halloumi loaded fries.
Nice place /cafe with. New unusual treats. I got a biscoff slice which was yum and a friend got a waffle which was fresh made crispy not chewy which was also great too.

This place is clean, friendly, spacious and convenient. Great comfort food, love especially their chili chicken on pitta. The coffee is excellent and the service ultra-friendly!
Maybe a little on the pricey side, but who cares?! My wife and I love it. Looking forward to trying their breakfast next time!

We ended up coming here twice over the weekend for brunch as it was fabulous! Great food options which were delicious. Hopefully be back to try some cakes next time.

Bob and Bert's is an amazing place to visit in Portadown. The food is fab with lots of choice of mains and desserts. Breakfast is top notch. The service is superb and the price is decent for the quality of the food. The decor is great and the place is nice and clean too. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return. A*
