ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! First time trying Frankies always used another local waffle place however the quality of Frankies was AMAZING! Best waffle I’ve ever had with a generous amount of toppings! Will definitely be ordering from here from now on!!! Waffle was still warm and tasted amazing! Delivery driver also was brilliant, there is no direct access to my property by car so she walked and met me with no complaints. Amazing food and brilliant service!
Have been there a few times since it opened. Yes the Queue times are a bit of a pain. But the waffles and the milkshakes we have received from them have been some of the nicest we have tasted.

Ordered a few times here and its always delicious and well worth the money. The icecream sundae was so big, I couldn't finish it! Delivery is super quick too.
