ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! First time trying Frankies always used another local waffle place however the quality of Frankies was AMAZING! Best waffle I’ve ever had with a generous amount of toppings! Will definitely be ordering from here from now on!!! Waffle was still warm and tasted amazing! Delivery
Have been there a few times since it opened. Yes the Queue times are a bit of a pain. But the waffles and the milkshakes we have received from them have been some of the nicest we have tasted.

Ordered a few times here and its always delicious and well worth the money. The icecream sundae was so big, I couldn't finish it! Delivery is super quick too.
