A pleasant experience today at Subway Baglan Moors, Port Talbot.
The entire public area was clean, tidy, and pleasant.
Customer service was great, the coffee machine was out, and I could hear them telling customers ahead of myself, and it was dealt with smoothly.

Lovely place, the staff are brilliant and lovely, patiently helping the children decide on their options. Nicely decorated, perfect to stop off for a quiet lunch break and listen to the music while enjoying a relaxing re-fuel before getting on with your day.

Only 5 people were allowed in so we had to queue outside for a while. Everyone was socially distanced and service was excellent. I had a salad and they've changed to cardboard boxes, I think I preferred the plastic ones and I felt that there was less in there than there used to be eventhough the box
First subway since going Vegan and the staff were absolutely amazing about it. Asked if we wanted them to change their gloves because of cross contamination, checked if we wanted vegan cheeze and made sure our sandwiches didn't come into contact with any other products etc. Really impressed!
