Ate at the restaurant. Incredible views and even better food. Staff were really friendly (despite us constantly moving tables!) Even wrote a lovely birthday message on my girlfriends dessert despite me asking very last minute. Great experience all round. Also, miss caramel is delicious!

We came for dinner and an overnight stay and had a really wonderful time. Our first impression wasn't great as the staff were really busy with the restaurant, so we felt like a bit of an afterthought, but they more than made up for this. The food was creative, delicious and beautifully served, and the accommodation was spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful touches such as chocolate mini eggs and Molton Brown toiletries. This place is great and would be even better if it was better staffed.

[RESTAURANT ONLY REVIEW] Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here! Pleasant atmosphere, great service and amazing view (if you are lucky to get a table by the window). The fish and seafood starters were great and the mains were tasty, although the mushroom risotto was way to creamy and heavy for me to fit in a desert afterwards. Not cheep but worth it! 👌

Came in here a few weeks back when a friend and I visited Cornwall, only came in for a couple of drinks and it’s a lovely place. Friendly, interesting and chatty people! We sat outside and the view was breathtakingly beautiful! Nice selection of beer and fast service, would definitely recommend!

Booked at the last moment and really glad we did. A really well appointed and quirky hotel. The bedroom was lovely with a balcony overlooking the bay. The front of the hotel is a great place to relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Fantastic food and great service. Will certainly go back again.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Stargazy Inn. Stayed in the St Kew (family) room, which was amazing - two generous sized double rooms meant that there was plenty of room for my husband, I and our son. We really appreciated the coffee machine and hot drinks tray that included Earl Grey, peppermint tea and hot chocolate as well as biscuits and mini egg chocolates. Breakfast was delicious (although only served between 8:30-9:30). The scrambled egg with truffle was sensational, as was the full Cornish breakfast. The outdoor seating area overlooking the sea was a highlight and the bar menu was extensive but reasonably priced. Set in a brilliant location in Port Isaac - only a short walk down the hill to the main village. Would love to return again soon!

Stargazy is the perfect base for exploring Port Isaac, with the now widely known harbour and Golden Lion pub just 5 mins walk away. A young staff are very friendly - but slightly chaotic at times - and the menu is excellent although food is very rich - so beware sensitive tums! Standard of decor is good and rooms are well enough appointed, although ours was on the small side, had an impractical basin and mirror inaccessible to anyone under 5'10". Will definitely go back in the hope that all minor wrinkles have been sorted.

We had a fantastic meal here tonight. Our waitress Annaka was exceptional - she delivered an extremely caring and professional service on a very busy night, going above and beyond for us and the other customers!

Two wonderful days in Stargazy Inn. Recently renovated, which includes bedrooms, restaurant and bar with a new team that has provided us with exceptional food and hospitality. The menu is innovative, fresh, exciting and the ingredients are all locally sourced. Andrew Sheridan and his highly skilled team have produced outstanding food and the restaurant staff are extremely professional with a wealth of knowledge and their individual personalities bring something to the table. The rooms are of an excellent standard with extras such as an espresso machine and as it is Easter, an endless supply of mini eggs. The room is very clean with a comfy bed. A Port Isaac must! A stunning location to enjoy coastal walks in both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. Can't wait to return.
