Ducked in this cozy cafe to get out of the rain shortly after arriving in Port Isaac to do our own tour and visit of the Doc Martin tv show. Enjoyed coffee and freshly made Cornish pasties. Liked the Cornish pasties a lot.

WOW had an amazing cream tea. The scones were light and fluffy and all very tasty. Excellent presentation with a scattering of fresh strawberries. The staff were friendly and welcoming, overall a fabulous tea.

Lovely place to visit. It’s a small cafe but around four tables (from memory!) and dogs are welcome as long as they don’t sit with you (which was fine for us and makes perfect sense). The people who run it are so friendly and welcoming and you can tell that they care about everyone who comes in and have built up lovely friendships with regulars. We were visiting for a anniversary trip and bought our dog with us. We had a nice conversation with the gentleman who works/ owns the place and he was generous enough to give us a heart shaped shortbread biscuit as a little celebration which was appreciated. I’d recommend popping in if you’re in Port Isaac if you’re looking for somewhere dog friendly and people friendly. Pretty impressive selection of choice. We had the coffee and walnut cake and some plain scones. Both were presented beautifully and were amazing! Thank you to the owners for being so wonderful and welcoming, you made us very happy and full of cake!

This cafe was a great find, located very close to the village bus stop. Offering much better value than the pub, café and shops in the heart of the village of Port Issac itself. We had ice cream and tea times two, and sat inside and it cost us £10. Point of interest, great banter with the staff working and customers, so very friendly. Highly recommended 👍

If you are visiting Port Issac by coach, car etc, nearby where you park is 'Lazy Days' Cafe. You will be made very welcome by everyone in a comfortable and fun environment. The food is fresh & cakes homemade & taste fantastic! The prices are very reasonable too. There's no in house loo, but there is a public one about 50 yards away, which costs 20p to use. The same 20p loos are in Port Issac itself.

2022 has seen a reinvented Lazy Days and it just got better. Full breakfast, pancakes or eggs benedict to start and amazing coffee, oh not forgetting a huge selection of ice cream.

This place was an absolute gem of a find. We visited yesterday, me, my mum, my brother and cousin and two children. The owners were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, they were so welcoming. Whilst we were sitting outside one of the men (owner or staff, I'm not sure) came outside and said as they were closing, he wanted to give us the sausage rolls that were left. Such a lovely gesture! The food was gorgeous, real cornish pasties that were delicious. I'm glad we found this little place, it made our day. Thanks for your hospitality!

What a wonderful little place! My partner and I headed into Port Issac and stumbled across Lazy Days Cafe on route back to the car. The food was perfect, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. A special thank you to the chef for serving me the first egg I've ever enjoyed, and to the hostess for going the extra mile in trying to scope out some Doc Martin related news for us. We'll definitely be back :D

An absolute must for a great breakfast when you visit Port Isaac. The owners are super friendly - even offered to charge our phones and fill our flasks during power outage - the service is outstanding. We returned a few times as the food is delicious, well presented and quick to the table. Lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Well cooked food. Pasty was the best cooked in Cornwall so far. Cream tea was excellent, scones were melt in the mouth. Told by my youngest child that the chocolate cake was best she had ever had. Staff were polite and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommended.

I came here for lunch today and loved the place as soon as I stepped inside. The owners were very welcoming and the service was great. I had a yummy chai latte, one of the best I've had. Then a jacket potato with chili and salad which was really good, and could get cheese on the side. But then I had the chocolate and banana cake.. It was absolutely delicious. Soft and spongy and the icing was to die for! I kinda love cake! It was a great portion size too. The owners took the time to talk to us but didn't crowd us out and gave us space too. It was a great vibe, even with a miserable day outside. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve read a review for this cafe that says you must sit outside if you gave a dog but this couldn’t be further from the truth! The cafe staff love having dogs and pets brought in and are so happy to have our little furry friends sit with us; they’ve even got a little jar of diff treats on the counter! Brilliant cafe; great food and great staff! Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely, friendly, genuine people running this cute little cafe. Great prices if you don't want to spend a small fortune at other eateries further into Port Isaac. Even provided treats for our little furry friend. No loo onsite, but owners insisted on giving us 20p for the local loos but a stones throw away, wouldn't take any exchange. Would definitely return. This is how customer service should be 👍

We stopped off at Lazy Days for some take away coffees and were very excited to see vegan pasties on the menu. The coffees were delicious but the pasty was the real show stopper! Filled with beautiful ‘meaty’ pieces, onion and gravy it was the Cornish pasty experience we were after! Must eat if you’re swinging by the charming little village of Port Isaac

Excellent cafe with lovely owners! It sits at the top of the harbour and is dog friendly. Really genuine people who care about customer service. Port Isaac is a beautiful place to visit and soak up the views, and has delightful intimate streets that knit together, and in most cases guide you back to the quaint harbour.

Great food with gluten free options and very dog friendly staff. Thanks for making us all so welcome including Bluebell the Cane Corso!
