Great wee coffee shop but they need extra staff at weekends - think they also need more tables - mid week and the only available seats were sit-ups at the window - when the retail park is finished I think Costa will need to extend! Great staff..!!

A refuge in the wind & rain, good coffee & cake but air con made me keep coat on, hardly worth mentioning....but was looking for 'cosier' staff very nice.
Thanks to the lady on the drive through yesterday morning for being honest when I gave a £20 for my coffee and chocolate twist and asked just for the £5 change thinking I'd handed over a £10. The coffee she made was also very tasty �

A Costa is never going to be an incredible coffee experience, simply because it’s so mass-produced, but this is one of the better ones I’ve been to.
Plenty of space, polite staff, it was clean and tidy and service was fast. The toilets were also very clean, which I was surprised at. The drive-thru is quick and the service is friendly.
A good place to visit for a drink and a snack.

Nice place great for stop by during shopping although I used drive through when the store was busy at the time. I use drive through service. One espresso and a bottle of water the order and sugars and stir the extras. The queue moving really slow. By the time I was ready to take my coffee, I ask the employee for sugar and stir to receive the answer, it has already been in the coffee. Alright I wasn't have my coffee yet I just took the coffee with the bottle of water. I had the chance to taste the coffee only when I arrived at work. Miles away. The coffee was still warm so I give a small shake to the cup thinking of stir the sugar that might sit on the bottom of the cup. I open the lid and.. sip... Bitter as normally coffee is. Thankfully I had the bottle of water to wash down the bitterness. Result: I did not had coffee this morning and I will think twice to go again drive through. Usually I drink my coffee at home but that morning I was run out, so I thought why not, I am regular customer at Costa I like their coffee. I was not expecting to see queue or my order will go so bad. Overall I will continue to buy my coffee, but unlikely to use again the drive through option.
Wednesday 7 July 2022. Costa Port Glasgow has failed in several areas. Food, cleanliness and customer care. Served cold food after heating. This is a regular issue with this particular branch, floor and tables dirty, 7 tables inside, one with liquid dripping onto a chair and 2 outside required clearing. Request for area managers contact did not receive a response. See photos.
Excellent coffee, extra hot with no drama's, staff Excellent.

Lovely costa, convenient location stopped here on the way to Ben Nevis topped up with fuel at Tesco and enjoyed a lovely coffee staff are friendly and drive thru is a great add on for convince.
This drive thru is a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes they get my coffee perfect other times full to the brim and scalding hot. Also other half like a vanilla latte but after driving away no vanilla but was charged for it. Then sometimes they get the order just right . But the prices for coffee is getting ridiculous ,my americano has went from £2.45 to £3.45 in a matter of months so now its becoming a special treat at this cost.
Apart from the coolness, mostly due to the drafty venting system, all good here. Always helpful, polite and friendly when we use the drive through as well.
Busy cafe. Hard working staff. Maybe need more staff, because some tables were stacked with empty plates and cups.
Staff weren't lazing about. Need more staff to clear up.

Good drive through experience, really pleasant girl at the window. Good coffee, its a nice new cafe, amd the inside look broght and airy whilst having a modern feel, there is lots of parking, and its uandy for the main road, good stop off spot. Fast, easy...
Went back, still first rate! My enjoyed hers too.
Our food and tea, coffee were excellent.
Would have given five stars but was very surprised and disappointed to see shelve and rail next to our table covered in dust, looked like hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Table though was clean.
Quick service. Tiffin was delish as usual!
Sat in for a change, busy wee Costa with lots of people enjoying the coffee.
