Really yummy food and cocktails. So reasonably priced, too. I had the pork belly, but unfortunately, the crackling was not edible, I couldn't bite through it. But the rest of the meal was delicious and we will be back!

Our time in Hennings Quayside was absolutely wonderful. It started with being welcomed by Paula and Karen who were so friendly and accommodating. Also they directly connected with our little boys. :-) We took the afternoon tea and it was plenty and very delicious. It consisted of Sandwhiches and common british tea sweets and there was a set each for the adults and the kids. As we enjoyed it so much, we came back for breakfast the next day where we had the pleasure to meet Karen and Paula again. But also talking to Richard was very nice and they gave us great tips for things to see in the area. I enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast and was especially surprised by the Chili Jam which goes very well with the avocado cream. :-) We absolutely recommend Hennings Quayside and are looking forward to coming back when we're in the area. Thanks again to the staff for giving us and especially our kids such a great experience and very friendly welcome and time there. And of course also to the kitchen staff for the delicious food. :-)

One of the best lunches I’ve had in the last few years! We popped in for our first meal out since our baby was born and was made to feel very special. Staff were fantastically attentive, Food was great quality and served in good time and presented really well. We shall return and bring friends!

Awesome place. Great tea and cake. The ambience here is really great. The whole interior has a rustic feeling. Service is very good. Try their chocolate cake. You get some discounts if you have had a boat ride.

I don’t often say this, however, this is one of the best vege breakfasts I have had. Rather than using meat substitutes, all the veg is cooked perfectly, bursting with flavour & complementing each other. Special shout out to the chilli jam.

Stopped by for coffee and cake but ended up having a full meal since the menu looked so good. I had Thai prawns and sticky toffee pudding, which were both beautiful and professionally presented.

The Team at Hennings hosted my wedding on the 16th October 21. One word summarises our experience - Outstanding. Everything the team delivered was of supreme quality. The food was outstanding. The staff were smiling, helpful and engaged. The setting was beautiful. The Senior Leadership Team at Hennings have put in place a service and product that is well beyond that of their local peers. We will always remember what you delivered for us. Thank you P.S - I treated my two best men to breakfast on the Monday morning... which was also Outstanding!

Great dining experience!! The food was delicious (we picked from the specials). Our 8yo also enjoyed her food. Deserts were lovely too! Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely would dine here again to try other options on the menu. Nice atmosphere and decor. Highly recommend!

My partner and I called in here Nov 24th for a quick breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict with black pudding and a couple of hash browns. It was superb! My partner had the veggie breakfast which she also loved. Really high quality food with the eggs, saussages and bacon from the New Forest. Just fab. The chef called out to see how we were getting on with the food, he clearly took pride in his work. Such a pleasant surprise to find this on Poole Quay. Can't wait to go back for more!

Went for Sunday lunch asa group of 10….The food was fantastic and so was the service! Most of us had a roast dinner and it was truly delicious…full of flavour and great portion size. The lady that served us was great, couldn’t do enough for us and was really friendly. We’re not from Poole but when we go back we will most definitely be heading back there!

We had lunch by selecting 2 starters and triple cooked chips. It was really good - chips were superb (crispy on the outside, proper triple cooked), calamari good, but the whitebait - best I have had anywhere in the UK because they were decent sized and not caked in batter - basically just the fish which makes them perfect. And a table outside over looking the quay. As Lou Reed said “Perfect Day” - so glad I picked them for lunch.

Best eggs and mushroom baps we’ve every had. Lovely staff, pleasant decoy and super nice chef. Great coffee which they ensured was properly hot for me. If I lived in Poole I’d be here severe times a day!! Not great for my stomach but I would smiling a lot more than usual.
