I don't know what it is about coffee in the UK but it tends to taste a bit watery with little body and tends to taste bitter. This shop has the best coffee in Poole for our downunder tastebuds.
Wonderful coffee and very lovely staff. It’s just in the heart of the high street which makes it ideal if you want to return on the same day. Vegan friendly.
Nice cup of tea Saturday (not sure how much because it was bought for me) and a Turmeric latte on Sunday. Coffees seem to be slightly cheaper than Caffe Nero, but both are very similar in quality. Amy is a good asset to the business 👏
The staff were polite and helpful. Our order was taken and completed in a timely manner despite them being short staffed and at a very busy time.
Food was tasty. Drinks were nice.
I do enjoy a Coffee#1 white mocha deluxe. Always great helpful staff and nice coffee and cakes

Quite busy, had to wait a bit for coffee, was a bit if a queue but all handled well and staff good.
Lovely place for a coffee, generally space to sit and there is always vegan options for cake as well as different milks. Today was my first pumpkin spice latter of the season. Also pictured banana choc loaf cake and raspberry croissant (both vegan)

Best coffee in Poole! The salted caramel slice was to die for! Dogs also allowed inside 😊 lovely friend staff too
Always have a really nice time here; the staff are really lovely every time I come, and Les the manager always makes beautiful latte art on my hot beverages! Really nice selection of baked goods as well, definitely my favourite coffee shop to sit in or take out :)
I absolutely LOVE Coffee#1, BUT...
can't they (and many others, too) PLEASE, PLEASE dry the trays before they stack them ready for customer use? It's sooo annoying! Anyway, rant over, but really great coffee, cakes, toasties, lovely staff, clean loos, etc.
Lovely drink and bit of cake, the cookies and cream slice was amazing!
The toilets where a bit dirty/toilet paper and water on the floor so would likely avoid using these is I return again.
We poped in for a refreshing carton of mixed ice cream 🍦 that did the job. it's a loverly place with good food and service they come to you, while you watch the world go by thank you coffee#1pool
