Amazing little bar just at the bottom of the Quay opposite the museum. A wide range of spirits and cocktails on offer and suited for those who like myself don't drink gin! The staff were great and one gentleman in particular who was working Saturday afternoon with long blonde hair had a fantastic knowledge about cocktails and offered some incredible drink recommendations for cocktails we already knew with different spins as well as their histories but also for first time gin cocktail recommendations so would definitely say a huge public thank you to him! Would definitely recommend to anyone to visit here even just for the 1 or 2 drinks before dinner as the vibe is amazing and the staff are lovely.

This Gin Bar is just off the Quay and shaded from the sun at times making it very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy one of their many Gin and Tonics. The menu had a large choice of both Gin and Tonics to choose from and table service was given, they Also do some food. The staff were friendly and attentive and the tables and chairs clean and well spaced out.

Nice little bar just off Poole Quay with a suntrap front garden for the summer months. Gin is its speciality, which I don't know much about, but it does other drinks too,and food including a superb cheese board! Friendly and cheerful staff too.

Drinks are a little on the expensive side. They have a new barman whom is excellent at making drinks! Very good recommendations. Cheeses are of an excellent quality and sourced locally! Hopefully when next down will be able to head back over

Gin lover's delight! After a Saturday dinner at the excellent St TrOpez next door, Sam coaxed us in for a glass of mother's ruin with the interesting people of Poole. Tucked in at the top of the high street, and just big enough to swing a hard headed cat, ToS feels like a party you've stumbled upon. The shelves, addorned with over 200 gins and liquor, give off a coastal speak easy vibe, and the excellent staff seem genuinely passionate about expanding your tastes. Make this a stop pre or post dinner. The friendly clientele will be happy to budge up for you!

Very nice independent gin bar with an eye-watering array of gins on offer. Prices are what you would expect in a popular destination so prepare yourself 😁. Enjoy

Relaxed atmosphere with a great host, who is engaging and helpful. So many gins to choose from. One of our favourites is the Pink gin from the Mermaid disterlery on the Isle of Wight. For those who want something other than gin, there are a few bottled beer and other spirits on offer.

This is a cute place with a huge range of gins and tonics available. I enjoyed my G&T, only thing that bugged me was I ordered a gin off the menu (£4.90) which they didn't have, the waiters suggestion was nice (not amazing) but it was £10.50 for a single, plus the tonic. It was a nice G&T but not £14 nice... if you're going to recommend an alternative you should highlight that sort of price difference. Just glad I didn’t order a second! If you're not in to gin as my husband isn't, the drink selection isn't great. We were tempted by the charcuterie sharing boards but he didn't want to drink there.

Super friendly and loved sitting outside in the sun. Definitely on the expensive side but worth it, the waiter's knowledge of the gins was incredible.
