Lovely place for a coffee and food at the weekend, great products for a good price. The shop guys are super helpful and go out of their way to get you just the right kit you need. Martyn was amazing helping my girlfriend pick her new Whtye Carnaby, he even built the bike while we were having breakfast so she could take it away that day! Highly recommend Rockets and Rascals

I've known Jon and Martyn since Rockets first opened and their love and passion for all things 2 wheels shines through. The cafe has gone from strength to strength over the years with the quality of the food and smoothies, shakes, wraps, naughties and quality coffee - its fresh, delicious and always tempting! The shop ride every Saturday morning tempts new and regular riders and the 'gravel' rides adds extra punch for off roadies. I particularly want to thank Jon for doing the classic 'supporting fellow riders'. He recently very kindly opened up early and stayed late, helping me put on a fund raising 12 hr turbo session for 2 of my poorly daughters. This was, and is, a lovely thing to do and I will always be thankful. Heres to Rockets growing into the stratosphere - cheers guys, and all the lovely friendships that I've developed over the years. Forza!

A brilliantly executed bike cafe, mirrored by the great coffee, food and ambiance. Well worth a trip for sustenance and to drool over the bikes.

The mechanics and mochas course was very well timed for me, having brought my first adult bike for over 15 years a few months before, I was just finding my feet with riding. Jon & Martyn were very knowledgeable and able to cover the evenings topic for beginners like me to those more involved in cycling. They made me feel at ease and as if no question was silly. I will certainly be putting what i've learnt into practice and would highly recommend anyone to attend a course like this in the future.

Oh my god....The Toasted Banana Bread with cinnamon butter is YUMMY!!! I don't even like banana bread!!! (I may have also had a biscotti brownie which was divine and didn't even feel sick so highly recommend 2 cakes to anyone visiting as totally doable!). The coffee is Amazing too and I'm a fussy bugger when it comes to my coffee! The staff are lovely and friendly ...Great job guys and Thank you for giving us a pit stop to look forward too xxx

Nice chilled atmosphere, if you love cycling ten you'll like it here. There are spare locks outside for your bikes. Coffee is very good and food delicious. Healthy snacks available. Cheeky deserts also. After a snack you can browse the bike shop with all sorts of cycling apparel etc.

Went in for a coffee and cake with my son a couple of days ago and ended up putting a deposit on a bike which they delivered for me today! The bike was built and ready to go within 24 hours of deposit. Great coffee and cake on one side of the building and really good service on the bike side. Super pleased with my new bike. Keep up the good work guys!

Smallish menu but everything is fresh and home made by Mandy. Very friendly environment with many regulars and a haven for cyclists and dog lovers. Great bike shop next door. Relaxed atmosphere.

Trust R&R for the jobs that are not really suitable for the home mechanic. Jon replaced a worn press-fit bottom bracket with a new Hope unit that runs like a dream.

Trendy cafe with a chilled atmosphere and an accompanying bike shop. The cafe does a range of food and drink options but has an unfortunately limited plant based selection when compared to other local spots. The location makes this a great pit stop to relax for a drink greeted by helpful and friendly staff. My only real gripe is a lack of plug sockets, which I've come to expect in trendy cafes such as this which in turn makes it a difficult place to get work done, or research for students.

Great shop selling great product with awesome service guaranteed. The guys do not only provide top level products and services but go out of their way to build a strong local scene, offering group rides on the weekends (back when restrictions allowed). The cafe always has a good vibe serving great food and coffee for after a ride, welcoming riders and passers by in equal measure. Free use of the locks outside is a great help too. Keep it up lads!

* NOTE: Bike shop is CLOSED on Sundays! * Coffee and bannna bread were pretty good, but I came for the bikes so was disappointed to find the shop closed on a Sunday. If I had not just trusted google and looked at the right page on the website I would have seen the different opening times for the shop and cafe, but I dont't think it's unreasonable to expect the google times to be for the bike shop which is why people look this place up. R&R - can you make your times on google clearer (or make the cafe a separate place?)?

A fantastically stocked bike shop with friendly knowledgeable staff... they’ve kept my bikes rolling for years now. On top of this-probably the best coffee on the south coast. 👍👍 what’s not to like.

As spring approached I wanted to upgrade my Trek road bike and called into Rockets and Rascals. We quickly agreed that a sensible approach would be to change the wheels to Hunts and go wider to 28 tyres. 6 hours later the work was complete, well within my planned budget and the bike has never ridden so well. Great service, in quick time at fair prices - Bravo - I'll be back!

Good bike shop. Able to accommodate most requests promptly. Quite professional. Perhaps lacking a bit in costumer dialogue. Makes up for speedy servicing though 😂🤔 The only downside, actual downside, is that it is in a more, let us say, affluent area of Poole, close to Sandbanks etc etc (Fiat currency lovers) and hence, the prices are a bit high...🤔...probably because of renting a space in said "high end fiat currency" area. Regardless, good stuff! 🤗

Really great service, I haven't cycled for years, so my bike was in a mess, the guys sorted it, and gave great advice as to what was required. I also bought a new Frog bike for my daughter, and she loved the care and attention lavished on her!
