Warm and cosy with staff who go over and above to welcome you and make sure you enjoy yourself. It's a really comfortable place with different booths and tables. The menu is full of treats. Including a giant chocolate cake as a sharing pudding! We went after school so an early family dinner. Great value set menu. Cocktail selection is amazing. Roasts are excellent here too. Lots of free parking.
Just had a fantastic Saturday afternoon lunch, everything was wonderfully delicious and perfectly cooked. The Chorizo side added a lovely rich smokey flavour profile to the meal, highly recommend ordering that. Waiting staff very welcoming and cheery as usual. Yet to have a bad experience at this M&C.
Tommy was very attentive. Could not fault the food, the service and the atmosphere. Amy cooked our Chateaubriand to perfection. Will definitely return and ask for Tommy to be our waiter! Genuinely wants his customers to get the best service and very knowledgeable about his steak!
Me and my husband came here for our 7th wedding anniversary and we had such a special evening! The service from Tommy was absolutely amazing, really friendly and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble 😊 the food was spectacular, best steak I've ever had! For desserts, they also wrote a happy anniversary message for us in the chocolate sauce which was so kind and sweet. Such a nice atmosphere here and we will certainly be returning!
M&C is always brilliant. First time to this particular one and it didn't disappoint. Food was great, service was great, we had a really nice meal for dad's birthday.
The waiting staff are just awesome, they must train them really well or something, all restaurants should be this good.
Just wish they'd bring back the knickerbocker glory dessert!
Fantastic meal as always! Our server Aaron was brilliant, he catered for our every need and fussy requirements. Knowledgeable about the wines was great and he was a joy to have serve us! Will will always come to this M&C the Bournemouth one is very average! The meat was cooked to perfection!
Fantastic experience, we were welcomed from the second we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for Aaron, he has a great rapport with people, he’s polite, friendly, efficient and very attentive. My steak was slightly undercooked for my liking, Aaron took it straight back, one of the chefs came out with the steak to check I was happy with it- this was a great touch, made us feel valued and respected which was appreciated. The food was delicious, presentation was lovely. Thank you to all staff, but especially Aaron, what a lovely young man he is! Hope you get your bike Aaron, stay safe 😉
Went to Miller and Carter for an anniversary meal with our toddler. Food was great with a nice presentation, but not the best from what they've made before. Service from Allissa was friendly and professional. The restaurant atmosphere was brilliant with lights and candles and a calm environment.

Beatrix was an absolute angel and attended to all our needs with such grace and kindness. Every food item came with her recommendations and always checked in on everything. It was my 30th birthday celebration and a lovely happy birthday and sparkly candle was presented with my dessert which made it even better! Fab evening! Very happy

We had a lovely dinner here - always great food, friendly and quick service. Beatrix was very efficient and welcoming.
We went here to celebrate my grandsons 16th birthday and we were not disappointed. We found all of the staff friendly and chatty. Beatrix our waitress was lovely and made the birthday evening special. The steak was cooked to perfection and although being a steak restaurant the vegetarian food was more than acceptable. We will deffinately come again.
Tommy was absolutely fantastic! Really couldn’t fault him at all, always checking up making sure we was okay and asking about drinks etc! Fab service will come again!
It took a little time to get the first drink at the bar (you were busy) but when we were finally shown to our table then the evening really began, the waiter looking after our part of the restaurant (Chris) was a real professional and made the evening a special occasion. Our whole party commented on his easy manner, how hard he worked and the way he interacted with the whole room.
Well Done, a very enjoyable night.
