The weather was wild today so wanted to watch the waves and this was the perfect place. Amazing views of Brownsea and the quay. Excellent attentive service. Tasty burgers. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Big balcony with lots of tables. Really good dessert menu and homemade cakes. They service charge but not sure if it goes straight to the staff. Hope so.
Superb food, served in a bright, clean restaurant which has good views over Poole quayside. The meals were all delicious and plates were left clean! Staff are friendly and sufficiently attentive.
I will certainly be visiting again with friends and family in the future.
We had a lovely evening on Friday with good food and great service from Leo, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. We sat outside with a good view of the quay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

A second visit in just over a week as our first meal was so incredible! Today did not disappoint at all. Mada makes the meal an excellent experience with her friendly service. Well worth a visit and now our favourite spot…Thanks
We had a fabulous meal here, very happy indeed, nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely be coming back here again. We would definitely recommend coming here. Very friendly waitress called Mada, very helpful & smiley.

The food was excellent, but the drinks options were a little lacking. There were few non-alcohol options on the menu and no sugar free options listed other than water or tea. I had a pot of black tea, which was a small pot and had 2 teabags in so even though I removed the bags as soon as it arrived the tea was much too strong. One bag would be plenty for that size of pot, or even better have the teabag separate and a place to put the used teabag so the customer can choose how strong to brew and not have to balance used teabags on the saucer with the cup.
My main issue however was the ladies toilet - it was clean and had the hand rails for disabled people like myself, but the emergency alarm cord was cut off high up. The red alarm cords in toilets MUST hang freely all the way to the floor at all times. They must never be tied up, cut, or tucked away. If I had an incident and could not get up from the floor, I would have no way to signal for help. In worst cases people could die if they're unable to call for help. If there are issues with the cord being pulled by mistake or as a nuisance, ensure the reset button for the alarm is clear to see and easy to use for customers and for staff. The solution must never be to have the cord out of reach. I do not know if the men's toilet is accessible or has the cord in reach as nobody in our group used it.
We were a family of 18 with a 2yr old, booked in on a mid May Saturday evening. The staff were very attentive, food was very good, my Auntie was made to feel comfortable and not a hindrance with access for wheelchair. We completed a pre-order 7 days in advance and approx 15 mins after arriving, the girls were out from kitchen, calling out a name and placing meal in front of that person. The evening went swimmingly.

Food was amazing great for allergies and the lady was very helpful we came back a second time during our holiday as we felt comfortable bringing the children.
We had a great time with Mada and her team. Mada is a naturally happy person and lights up this restaurant. The food was good and well presented. Prices are very reasonable. If anything they are possibly a tad underpriced. It looks nothing like that terrible picture of the exterior.

We found this place due to its balcony which looked out over the harbour. The service was very quick and the chicken crema was gorgeous, and reasonably priced. A great Italian restaurant.
Came here by chance as most pubs were busy and all pre booked. The staff were absolutely lovely. We didn't book but they took us in. Stunning views of Poole from the window. We had pizza and my god it was amazing. Lovely stone baked! Thanks for the amazing meal!!
Great prompt service really friendly staff the food was good and not too expensive. Quite a variety on the menu check the specials. Really nice views of Brownsea island and Poole harbour from the balcony.
food spot on ordered margareta pizza perfect price and perfection with the overall taste great service overall great experience just the black bar to over look the harbour was a bit in the way but that is just i being picky would love to come again in the future 😁😁
