Had Sunday lunch last week, 26/11/17, it was excellent. The meal was a proper home cooked meal with no scrimping on the meat, vegetables or gravy etc,. Excellent value for money. Looking forward to going back, maybe this weekend!!

Nice local pub with helpful staff. Just been refurbished to a high modern spec - nice. Good menu choice and a clean beer garden/terrace when the weather is kind.
Fabulous Christmas decorations. Nice meal Slow service which didn't matter as we were in a party. Despite checking orders on arrival there were muxups.
Really friendly atmosphere & an excellent range of drinks, prices are really reasonable, ive not eaten here yet but have only heard good things about the menu
No food bought, but the drink was good, service good and the regulars were fantastic, very friendly and warm. Great advert for Welsh hospitality.

13 of us went for a meal last night food was outstanding bar staff really helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble will definately return highly recommend it to everyone.

Snow day impromptu lunch. Understaffed but fab food, service as usual. Had to wait a bit longer but well worth it. X
