A lovely, special, and friendly pub/restaurant in a delightful location. The food is delicious and service first class. I can highly recommend this place for evening meals and Sunday lunches, but you will need to book....!

Came here along with my 7 friends last night for the masquerade ball and we had a fantastic night! We had a three course meal, the food was superb, we couldn’t fault it. The staff were lovely and the event was so well organised. A very festive night got us right in the mood for Christmas!
Nothing better than a little drink outside the brynffynon on a sunny day ,the staff are really friendly & great atmosphere, also been up there for a evening meal as only live a couple of miles away & must say the food is of excellent standard and look for to our next trip up there for a birthday meal this weekend
had a lovely lunch break today at The Brynffynon. easy to book, excellent service, food was spot on, brilliant value for money and staff were lovely and friendly . Can't wait for our next staff outing there! xx
Be warned only go here if you want a lovely atmosphere, great food and superb service all in the most beautiful spot. Thank you so much for a lovely evening out.
What a lovely evening. Drinks on arrival and three course meal and a band to finish off the night. We absaluly enjoyed our evening and defo be booking next year thank you to all staff
I love this place. Everyone loves this place on the top of a mountain beautiful views driving up, I used to walk up with my parents a long time ago, so lovely people, beautiful beer garden, pet friendly, plenty of places surrounding to walk the dog. I drive up now many years later (I moved away), and it's still as lovely as it was. Very comfy and friendly with open fires 5*
The Sunday roasts here are excellent. Staff are always friendly, and it’s a lovely area to walk around. Some downsides are that there is a motocross site not too far, so on the weekends you can usually hear the scramblers in the background. Great pub, good food, recommended if you’re in the area.
Stunning location with extremely friendly staff. Amazing food and reasonable price. It was lovely 🌹😍
Lovely place with a gorgeous view, there's also an old church and cemetery right next to the pub, the cemetery is open to the public.
Fun Fact: famous Welsh runner Guto Nyth Bran is buried here
Lovely pub, fabulous Sunday lunch,, great friendly staff
Great pub to relax for a meal and drink after walking around. Could be crowded on a good weather day. Food was great
Visited on a Sunday for Sunday lunch, celebrating a birthday. Excellent day out...good service and food and the girls serving seemed more than happy in their job even though they were very busy. Tidy size car park...we came up from Graigwen, and have to say a terrible road and was advised to go back to Pontypridd/Cardiff via Ynysybwl and I would highly recommend that would be the better route to take.
Lovely meal next to a cosy fire. Good selection of beers and ciders on tap. Staff and locals were very friendly. Great location with miles of country walks. Food was tasty and good value with a children's menu as well.
Best Sunday lunch I've had selection of meats cooked to perfection
