The food was INCREDIBLE! Served very hot and very quickly, and it was so incredible tasty.
I hardly ever have deserts, but my jammy dodger sundae was just insane!

We visited with some friends for a catch up. Seated quickly and given a nice welcome. Very full as it was a Sunday but salad bar well stocked. Everyone enjoyed their food and my friend with food allergies well cared for. Rocky horror to finish is a definite must. Thanks to Alice that gave us good service throughout our meal, and helpful with any requests.

Absolutely fantastic service and food was great too. Very helpful accommodating one of our 10 family members who is a coeliac. Definitely recommend this one (appreciate its a chain bit service was excellent and made it stand out from others) photos are of the cargrilled chicken wrap and sticky toffee pudding

Excellent service from Alice. Alice was always on hand/nearby to help with our order, and offer drinks. We was asked at the very beginning about allergies or intolerances which was really good. The food was beautiful. The chicken was tender, the chips were crisp and fluffy. The tables were clean and ready for every customer. Salad bar was fully stocked with sauces and sides compliments available. Great experience. Thanks again Alice

Very good in most ways, our child with a dairy allergy was sad that they had run out of vegan ice-cream by 7pm but we otherwise enjoyed our food. Service by Alice was excellent, she was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere. Some of the salad bowls were a bit dirty though.

Booked on the off, Food was absolutely spot on steak and Ribs cooked to perfection! Matt L was out server and his customer service skills where outstanding! Polite, helpful and engaged in conversation made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning

Staff here were fantastic. Trudy our waitress was just a delight. Very funny very helpful. And another waitress who was not serving us, Caprice, was very lovely and chatty and checked in to see how we were. Throughout our night.

Had booked for 2pm, arrived a little early, at 1.50pm. Waited for over 5min for someone to acknowledge we were there waiting to be seated. Waitress was immediately with us to take our drinks order and drinks arrived very quickly. The salad area was well stocked and everything looked good. After ordering our main meal we ate our salad bowl and waited for our food to arrive. Our food arrived very quickly and was well presented and tasty.
For the price I felt the Harvester was excellent value.

Matthew G. What a lovely young gent. He’s a credit to you. I’ve been coming here for years. This was the best meal by far. Hats off to the kitchen. The food was hot, good portions and my belly pork was cooked to perfection. (And I’m fussy) It’s a scorching hot day, the restaurant is rammed with a 40% discount deal. All of the staff are on form though! Well done Stacey and the staff at Pontypool! And keep up the good work Matthew G 🙂

We eat here regular and thoroughly enjoy it every time. The food is always of a high standard but the best part about our visit is being served by Alice. She is amazing! Always goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble! She literally does not stop! She goes from table to table making sure everyone she is serving is happy and has everything they need and she is always cleaning! We cannot praise her enough! Thank you harvester for an amazing dining experience again!
